Love the idea. Too fast for me though LOL. Maybe if I practice more it will be easier.

This is my opinion, the Monster HP Bar could be on top and highlight the row that will active next and maybe a bit delay before each turn start.

I think the tutorial could be a bit shorter but the combat system is great and the different palettes are a nice touch!

A lovely small game with ingenious core mechanics. It's simple, yes, but addictive and fun. Besides visuals, as usual, are neat. Great job!

Amazing game, loved this!

I really think this system could drive a whole RPG if you guys want to expand on the idea. There is so much interesting design space to explore here.

Pretty cool concept and has some nice polish to it! It felt a bit odd being a real time type thing, though, and maybe this type of concept might work together in a more turn-based type thing where you need to think alot about how the actions you're building up on your side of the field are going to play out? Cool game!

Really awesome game and awesome concept, love the art, and the fact you can change the pallet for different screen types, the mechanics work awesomely, and the whole thing has a really polished feel, love the story at the beginning and the cutscene was cool! :D

Mechanics and presentation are top notch! What a super idea and great execution! See you at the tori to celebrate the success! :O Well done!

This game looks amazing and I enjoyed playing it. I found the blocks turn very slowly which was sometimes frustrating when trying to sneak them into place on time. It took me a little while to figure out the patterns, and I think having an indicator of which health bar is your and which is the enemy's would be useful because I kept forgetting which was which. Well done on a great game

I couldn’t really see the theme in this but I still loved it! The core gameplay is brilliant, the enemies are funny and has interesting attack patterns (the train was my favourite!). The tutorial is really helpful (altough I sometimes forgot about the rotation). The graphics are great with nice feedback, I just wished for more sound effects and a bit more upbeat music for these epic fights. There is one thing I didn’t like though, which is the fact that a lot of the blocks were so big and there not many free place in the limited space so I felt like I don’t have the opportunity to make interesting choices and/or I just placed the blocks randomly. (Of course alternatively I could have waited until there are two empty rows but that didn’t sound too exciting either). Anyway, great job!

This concept is brilliant. Its super elegant and unique, and it feels really good to just barely win a level. Well done.

Loved this game! Very interesting and puzzling mechanic and the enemies have fun personalities. Bonus points for different palettes! Incredibly fun game and I hope it does well.

This a really awesome game, my favorite in this jam so far. The art and is great, and the music is very soothing.

The mechanic to have the next step happen at an interval is really great, as I found myself realizing that I need to place down even more blocks which was extraordinarily fun.

Great work. I am really impressed!

Really awesome game, I was hooked! The music was subtle, thought maybe it could do with some variety, but the writing and the characters and the mechanics were REALLY solid.

its so amazing how atmospheric and good yet so simple your games are!

One of the best games I've played so far! Relaxing, but at the same time keeps me at my toes as the difficulty increases. The difficulty felt fair, gameplay is so polished, and the multiple dialogues was a nice feature. Congrats on your entry!
