This is a very lovely looking game with a great core concept. However, there were a few sections of the endless runner that seemed...impossible? Like, there was a wall that I tried many times to jump over, but I just hit spikes. Like, I could almost make it but not quite. Having said that, with a little tweaking this could be a very fun game, and the simple controls means it could even work on mobile. Good work!

I played it here:

"Controller support, you are great" YOU are great! Thx for playing and for your feedback. We hope we can fix the controlls in the future so you can have better runs if you come back :)

The game was still a neat package, the only major issue was the jump, and i understand implementing platforming controls that are responsive is a difficult task!

I sometimes got confused about what can and can't stop you, but otherwise this is a creative idea and is well executed! Nice game

cool game! it is a very original concept as well! Its a lot more challenging than it looks XD

Cool game! It might be even better if there were times when you had to interact with the ufo instead of just waiting for it. Also the siren that stops you from moving got frustrating the 10th time. I don't think you needed to freeze the player's controls for that. Really cute take on the endless runner genre though! A bit more polish would make this a real gem!

It's a good idea, but in my opinion the UFO doesn't add much to the gameplay , it just makes you have to slow down and wait for it

Nice idea!
However, the UFO starting to jitter when you stay still is quite annoying.

loved the concept! controls were a bit confusing at times but eventually i got the hang of it

Submitted(+1)

I really like the artstyle and the concept. It's a simple yet very cool idea. The only thing i can critisize is that the UFO always started jittering whenever i stood still for a moment.

But other than that cool concept. Good Job!

Fun challenging game! Loved the idea. I like that you put a range indicator on your UFO. Some sprites can be made less ambiguous, like which ones are walls and which are background. Great work!

Submitted(+1)

I like the concept. It could do with checkpoints, and something a little more obvious that tells you what happens when you get out of range of the ufo. Otherwise a great game!

Submitted(+1)

idk why but it is hard for me but is still a pretty cool game

Submitted

pretty unpolished, and it's kinda frustrating to have to replay the slow beginning section every time you die for how difficult the obstacles are

having to keep up with the ufo keeps the gameplay fast-paced tho, which could be pretty fun with better level design

Submitted(+1)

Controls feels good, but levels are not super interesting and I can't distinguish what is background and what is intractable geometry

Submitted(+2)

Sometimes difficult to tell what's in the background and what isnt't

Submitted(+1)

Very nice take on the theme, though I like the level change each run, I wish there's more variety on the terrain, same part shows up too many time making the level look vary similar, over all a nice game.

Though this take on the theme seemed to be pretty common, I like what you've done here! The controls were pretty good, and I really like how you pulled the battery mechanic. You made some good visual indicators for when Rober is outside Mars' range (Linerenderer and circle), which makes it easy to understand things. I also really liked that little run cutscene at the beginning, intensified the game and also gave a sense of urgency.

A little note on the controls, sometimes it doesn't seem to detect my jumps, most commonly when I'm near an edge or walljumping, so I had a few unfair slips here and there. The slopes could be tuned a bit as well; I seemed to have gotten stuck on it a couple of times.

Overall this is a good jam game! Best of luck to you.

lots of fun, great game!

Esta muy bueno! me parece demasiado difícil la parte de los pinchos y capaz algunas veces los saltos son medio falsos, como cuando tenes que ir de una pared a la otra y a veces no deja, pero después lo demás esta genial! los felicito!
