little confusing but fun concept
This is an incredibly well-executed idea! The art, gameplay, and sound design blend together perfectly. I'm personally a fan of educationally-flavored games, so I was excited to see something like this. And on top of that, the last few puzzles were surprisingly challenging.
From a pure puzzle perspective, I think it's close to perfect. From an exercising math skills perspective, I do worry that when the shapes spell "5-3*4" that becomes "14" instead of what pemdas would say, "-7". Post-jam, it might be worth exploring what about the puzzle design changes if a long string is treated as one pemdas expression instead of two summed expressions.

Really fun and clever game with a lot of depth to its very simple design! Not sure if this is intentional or not but I definitely cheesed level 9. Are there any plans to make a post-jam version with more operators?
We are considering adding a few more levels for a polished up post-jam build.
The game has a great DA! And I was worried about a "math puzzle game", but it's ultimately addicting, gg!

What a clever concept. Your game is very well polished and looks great. The puzzles also get quite challenging early and the mechanic of needing to get both the correct equation and the right shape to reach the flag is brilliant.
At first i thought this game could easily be given to a pupil who is learning how addition, subtraction and multiplication work. The grid movement makes the game at some levels much more complex than simple arithmetic. At some point i had to think for a long time about how to solve the level. The display below will even help you if you have calculated wrong in your head.
The games concept fits the theme of the jam very well. And i really like the overall presentation of your game.

This is awesome! New take on the joined theme with maths functions! Great work on movement and controls (smooth, fast & responsive). Puzzles are smart. Need a bigger reward for the level end when you win. Check hypercasual mobile games. One of the best in this jam! :)

Really cool idea and really well polished! Good job on the artwork and puzzle design!
I really like all the small aha moments in each level; it felt like there was also something new being introduced! The sprites and background music are also great!
The only small piece of feedback is that it would be nice to have some feedback (maybe a bzzt sound or an animation where it rotates and then bounces back) when you try to rotate incorrectly. I thought it was the game being unresponsive at first but then I realized I was just trying to rotate into an illegal state.
Other than that, it was a great game and I enjoyed playing through all the levels!
Wow super impressive entry. The polish is through the roof. I wish it were a little more obvious how multiple expressions are going to combine together (and I think there's a bug where the displayed expression sometimes uses an incorrect operator to combine them), but it's still a really fun game with clever puzzle design. :)
This is a really clever and well polished game. Fantastic job ! I enjoyed it. I did get stuck on level 10 because I couldn't figure out how to fit through the exit. I like how you're thinking about the math but also the positions of numbers around you.

Lots of fun for a puzzle game! I'm not usually into the genre or math, but I liked this a lot! With more levels I could totally see this on the app store.
