That was really well done. Great idea with the controls and a lot of fun!


That control scheme is very nuanced, I like it a bunch.

BigFraudBigFraud here, coming from One Shot, One Kill.

This was really cool! Took me 2 tries to beat the boss and it was quite satisfying. The music choice and sound effects were great! I kinda wish the movement speed was a little faster, but that's just a personal preference. The game is quite fair and doesn't feel like BS. I especially liked how it got more difficult as the boss' health got lower

One little thing I noticed is that if you shoot too fast after shielding your shield will block your own shot. I'm not really a stickler, but each one of those were shots I coulda had on the boss lol. You could set your shots to ignore certain tags so that they don't collide with the shields collider or disable the collider faster if you used Mecanim. That's just my two cents though!

I loved playing this! The music, the look (even if it was simple models it all just felt right - nice, clear visuals) and the design of the boss battle. It felt like I was playing a proper boss battle, harking back to the days of the classic PS1 era games from when I was little.

For 48 Hours this is a brilliant result -  really happy I played it and would love to see more if you ever expanded on this.

Great game ; not hyper convinced by its adherence to the theme but nice take on the controls anyway.

Really enjoyed it. The bosses patterns were repetitive, and may have been nicer if they were randomly picked from a pool of moves, but otherwise, cool idea and lots of fun.


Brilliant boss fight! I really enjoyed it, although I got a bit frustrated at times because I couldn't figure out why my shield sometimes worked and sometimes didn't when facing the multi-shot (I think it doesn't block more than 1 bullet at a time?).

A little boss fight. When you move you shoot, when retreat you defend yourself from bullets, makes it more tricky to fight the boss. I had to catch the tactic first but later I defeated the boss with one try. I don't know if "only one W-S-A-D" counts? Anyways, had fun playing it. The ending is not that boring you had your own titles :)


Pretty cool mechanic. I like that you  linked the attack and defend buttons to movement, which forces the player to balance them. I think that the collision could be tweaked a bit (during the second attack some of the projectiles would hit me whether or not the sheild was up), but otherwise good job.


Amazing game incredibly fun and well polished reminded me of furi.

Awesome game! I had to play around 4 or 5 times to kill the boss. Only thing I  think could be improved is the player speed. It could move faster. Great graphics, great idea, great game! Congratulations!

Wow this was fun! The boss' attacks were varied and made use of the player's abilities. Good job!
