It is pretty fun and has a lot of content, but I can't give it a very high originality rating as it is basically just Ink but with a rectangle instead of a square.
Juicy, colorful and fun to play! Very solid and polished entry. Well done! :)
A fun game! The level design is also very good. The only problem I had is that sometimes the buttons felt unresponsive.
This is my game: https://team-toom.itch.io/lonely-platform
Love it! Played it all the way through and it never felt tiring or frustrating. The enemies (traps?) added a nice challenge, but it still would be fun even if you're just bouncing around exploring stuff. I only wish there was a soundtrack to go along with it (although that's clearly not a priority for a Jam).
I love this game! It's really fun to play, and super cool to explore the levels. I especially love that dying causes paint to explode all over the place, which helps you not die again (which I did a LOT). Awesome job!
Very juicy game, I love this cube physics with wall jumps and flying paint, all fives definitely!
Is it bad I found it cathartic watching the rectangle explode paint when it died? ^^;
Great game. Controls need a little tightening up (feels a bit floaty and slipery), but otherwise nice work~
This looks nearly identical to Ink, an indie game already on steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/385710/INK/
It's impressive how two people can stumble onto the same idea.
I've beaten Ink, and it's pretty fun. After playing this game, I found that it's basically a less polished version of Ink. No major differences in gameplay, mechanics, or art style.
Like I said, it's interesting how different people can come up with nearly identical copies of the same idea. (Like Newton and Leibniz both discovering calculus)
