Yeah, more visual clues would be great for the game, as better descriptions of the UI and how the curses scales.
As you ask, yes the attack scales with the values too, but as the value change a lot, between 40 and 300 usually, the scale of your attack is on a logaritmic way, hahahah. we need to ajust a bit more these functions.
Cool puzzle game. The idea is great and the controls are simple and easy to understand. The desing of the puzzle are great, and the different choices between characters are great,
The pixel art is neat! also, the game is fun and challenging, i think it would work really well as a mobile game, good work!
It's probably due to time constrainst, but a score a the top of the screen telling you what distance did you travel would be neat. Overall a really fun game .

The only thing is that I noted that when you move on diagonals your movement speed is reduced, is that the expected result? But besides from that, Great work!

And here is our game, a 8-bit roguelike where all the values of the game are calculated and depends on only one valor, the "health" of your character hahahah. So you money,strengh and life are shared with this value (be careful with the buying on the shop :D) but also you enmies use this values to scale .
