This was a fun and cute little Tower Defense game! A genre I'm not really fond of, but that I could definitely enjoy in this game, which is a really good sign! The audio is just delightful, both the music and the sound effects are super gameboy-ish, and although the graphics fall a bit behind in that sense, they still resemble those of a GB game! The gameplay is simple and easy to understand, although there is a lot of information to be learned at once, right at the beginning, which confused me a bit!

All in all, a fun experience, great job! :)

Personally I would have choosen a different color than red. Something that is a little softer to the eye. But otherwise, really good game!

That is a really neat game. Really interesting to see a tower defense as a Game Boy-ish game. And I like the idea of using animals instead of military weapons and towers. Good job !

Really interesting idea! The HUD was a bit confusing for me, but once a got the hang of it, I enjoyed a lot. Tower defense games with game boy limitations are a really challenging thing to develop, I've been there too! So, I think you did a great job!

Very nice tower defense game, the animals and enemies look very good for 8*8 pixels size! Well done. Also nice music and sounds (but it was a bit loud by default, volume setting in menu could be added maybe)

What a neat genre mashup idea! I love that each of the animals are given their own name. The title screen is robust too, though you may want to thicken the selection border, it was a bit difficult to see. 
There are a few quality of life changes I'd like to see, such as a way to feed all of your animals at once. The cursor movement can also be pretty tedious: there's too many blank tiles that you have to scroll past to get anywhere useful.
But I enjoyed playing it!

I really enjoyed this game! The Hunger and Level bars were confusing to me to begin with, but I managed to work them out after a while. I really like that you have to keep all your units fed (although it's a bit tedious to have to manually feed them with game boy controls). I adore that all my pets have their own names. The unicorn, needs to have a quieter/less repetitive sound, this put me off wanting to use it.  All in all great game and I would love to play again if you continue to work on it.

Enjoyed playing this tower defence.  The unicorn sound could do with being turned down to match the volume of the other sound effects.  Would also appreciate having a button to feed everything that could be fed so that I could start the next round quicker.  Overall, had fun!

I really like the colors and the mechanics! It takes a minute to get used to the controls, but if you played tower defense games before you're good to go!
