Congrats for your ratings. Keep up the good work.

The game is good. There were some combinations of items that somehow blocked the use of others in my backpack. I’m not sure why.

About the music: it fit the dungeon style, but I found the single track a bit monotonous and boring. I wish there were more tracks — maybe a victory theme too.

Suggestion for improvement: You could add new character types to choose from at the beginning, each with different starting stats.

Really good game, concept and art. Well done.

SUPER FUN! The mechanics are incredibly fresh—definitely one of my favorite games from this jam! I really loved the system where players adjust the difficulty of opponents, with greater risks bringing better rewards. The game isn’t just about balancing stats during combat, but also about strategically managing the overall challenge, which adds a lot of depth. The music and art are also spot-on, perfectly capturing the dungeon atmosphere.

In terms of design, I especially enjoyed the item placement system and the way effects can be triggered based on how items are positioned. I’d love to see more of these synergy-based mechanics in the future!

The only thing that might need some tweaking is the variety of rewards. Sometimes I encountered enemies later in the run that required specific abilities, but the right rewards didn’t show up. With a bit of balancing on reward probabilities, it could be even smoother. All in all, this is a game with a ton of potential—I’d be thrilled to see it eventually released!

Good idea and implementation. I liked it!

Practically perfect in every aspect: the gameplay is a fun and original take on the theme, the graphics are really well made, the monsters have cool designs, the audio is nice and fits the mood pretty well... I don't think I have anything negative to say.

Oh, I see. I can NOT equip the sword on the players character, but HURT myself with it, LOL!

Took me a bit to figure out how to play, but then I had great fun with this dungeon-crawl-inventory-manager.

Very well made game!

"6 minutes, 27 seconds before the deadline"... you like the danger-zone, dont you? hehe... congrats on that too ;-)

Cool idea to balance stats and to strategize based on the enemy's abilities. Well done!

Nice art style. This is a very polished game!

Looking great, cool twist on inventory management games!

Loved the style and gameplay was fun, easy to break though. I'd like that you could swap items directly from your inventory to opponent's inventory, but maybe this makes you think twice when you pick up an item to not get rid of all your space. Very interesting game, great job!

This game is so cool and has a really unique system with the inventory management mechanic. The combat was really cool and satisfying. I like how it feel like you are going for a build when you are selecting the  items to add to your inventory. I would really love to see this developed into a full-scale rogue-like. My only criti que is that I didn't really feel the theme of balance was used to much effect. Yes, you have to achieve a balance with the items you carry but that has a different feeling to me. The art and presentation is really beautiful. Keep it up!

Thanks for the elaborated review, that helps a lot! Did you know you can click on stars of boss before battle to alter their power? That is the second mechanic in game (apart from inventory managment) and IMHO it represents theme Balance effectively cause you have to balance the boss's power with yours before entering the fight. I just got the idea that you missed that, because we haven't managed to add tutorial.

Hey no problem! I was aware of that second mechanic. I just felt that the inventory management was a lot more front and center. I agree that tutorializing this mechanic and helping the player understand how it works would be a plus. As it was I didn't understand how it worked so I didn't think much about it.  I will try it out more on some replays, thanks!

I like the style epik

Good art and style. Feels like retro rpg. Nice entry

Beautiful art and style! Really good game!

One of the best entries so far! Unfortunately it has to be balanced a bit more, because it's easy to get infinite health and at the same time there's a chance to not be able to recover morale before the spider... Btw you did a terrific job with the arts and the gameplay feels really smooth, well done!

The art was really good and I had a lot of fun playing! The music also fit the dungeon atmosphere nicely. I really enjoyed it!

Good job

Balance issues

1 ... If you start with 1 star and continue to 3rd-5th monster -> your chances of winning are 0.

2 ... You are forced to start with 5 stars -> or your chances

3 ... When you win 1st 2 bosses at 5 stars best way to 3rd boss is to farm all stats to 100 (depends on RNG items)

4 ..... best way to play:

4.1 ... max 1 stat

4.2 ... make other stats you dont get 1hit

4.3 ... cause 3rd issue there are items which would 1hit monsters
