I liked the graphics and the plot twist!

I like the graphics, especially the dash animation, but couldn't figure out what to do on the second level. :/

Nice game (short) but the concept is cool !

I like the graphics and the responsive movement and animations, but couldn't figure out the game itself... What does the red screen mean?

Didn't understand the game to well. I defeated the first 3 enemies and then kill the big guy. When everything turns red i spend like 5 minutes figuring out what are you supose to do, since nothing else happen and you are still in the same screen. Didn't figure it out, i restart the game thinking maybe it was a bug or something and it happen the same.

Cool graphics tho, nice job :)

I didn't quite understand what the game was about, but I loved the player animation and graphics. The music and a better combat mechanism would of made this game a lot better. But I liked this one as well, considering we only had one week to make our games :)

I couldn't figure out dash/attack mechanics, when I press space it would take a moment to animate, then I realised it activates when I move, then I killed all those creatures and then it went all red, I realised the game very late... I would recommend a tutorial of some kind to let player understand the game, also music would be a lot useful in this case. Mechanics are quite likable as it has platformer mechanics with dash (which I love the most).

Over all a very nice game you got here, perhaps improve on these points and you may have a great game...

PS I need to mention the graphics are beautiful but the fore grass doesn't go with all pixel art style you going in rest of the game :) cheers

Nice narrative and pixel art !!!

All it would've needed, to me, is sound and a good ending or something to congratulate the player who saw through the lie :)

Nice pixel art! Why no sound sound, though?

Hi! :D Nice job,  the pixel art is very well done and your concept fits the jam theme! I had a fun time playing your game :)!

Good simple game. If you were to update it I would have some text at the end as an explanation as of what happened like "you killed the life guardian" or something dramatic to make the player feel sad instead of confused.

Cool simple game i really liked the graphics but i think you should disable collision the player and the corpses

Great job!!

Really like the pixel art, really detailed sprites! The game plays good, but sometimes the objective can feel a bit vague. Cool idea, wish you all the best! :D

Hello, congratulations, your game is pretty good. What I liked is the graphics, I found this frankly good. I can advise you to improve the game :

  • Create health bar for enemies
  • Disable the collisions between the players and the corpses
  • Be more clear about what you expect from the player (whether he stays in front of the house or if he have to  going, for example)

In any case good job. I do not know if it's your first game jam but finish a game is never easy.
