There is a great framework here! I would have liked to see clearer cause/effect with the resource management aspect of the game, but I think that could be polished pretty easily. Nice one!

How does the game fit the theme?
It's a mini interactive fiction game with quite a bit of unexpected turn of events. Nothing can go wrong if you like chaotically connected, absurd events.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Only the audios. I grabbed them from itch.io free assets.

I liked the concept, really cool! If you made it so the UI is also in the pixelart style as the overall game/background, would have made things look more cozy! Regardless, overall really nice game!
I really like the setting and events along the way. Cool writing there. One thing I was missing was a bit more info on the management side like How much resuurcess am I producing or even which one is which (I mean I have figured it out but a name on hover would be nice to have). Also if I accidentaly set jobs above population cap whole setup is cleaned and I had to enter numbers again. I think it would work better if the game did not allow player to move time until that is set correctly. Other than that I am loving the gameplay
Nice idea. Great pixelart, nice touch to change up the scenery every season. For gameplay, I would've loved some more details on what the workers produce and their upkeep requirement. The ingame events are funny and a nice addition to the game!
Combining choose-your-own-adventure and some light city management turns out to be a really good idea! Although I'm a little unclear on what exactly each worker do, I still had a lot fun just messing around, stumbling on events, and what not!
I really like the art of the village itself, it feels rural, cozy but also vast, and adventurous thanks to sweeping mountains and the creepy cave.
Overall you did a fantastic job on this game!
game was fun! accidentally murdered a girl and the circus basically robbed my food, amazing
I don't know what I was supposed to do, so I made everyone not work and won, if only real life were like this.
Really nice game, loved choosing to use brute force everytime, and dooming my people while doing so. Great experience, we did a similiar game.
This was hilarious. My partner and I played this and got a really good chuckle out of all of the writing :3. You two planning on continuing with this project?
Nice visuals, interesting take on the theme.
Quite an outstanding concept, I liked it, although I died pretty fast -_-
Very original and funny. I loved the dialogues and events, and the graphics look very good. Maybe another font for the UI would have matched the pixel art style. Sometimes the game would reset the citizens quantities and I had to set them again, which was a bit annoying.
Cool game :D
This was so fun! So many of the situations made me laugh out loud, like the woman trying to bring her dog back from the dead, or the sarcastic "..." when I didn't investigate the behemoth. I played it through twice because I'm a resource management addict lol
Was kinda fun ! well done haha. It appears I am a bad ruler lol but anyway ^^
Our games are similar in meaning, but made in completely different styles! It's quite funny how different you can implement similar mechanics. The game is cool, I wish you good luck!!
Nice. UI kinda sticks out of the pixelated village, but the village is really beautiful! Nice work!
Nice. The village is pretty, I wish the UI was a little more optimized. I liked the events, however it did feel a bit hard to get into the game with nothing to guide me on how to balance my villagers. Thanks for making this!
