Thank you for your feedback :)

Finish line is around 3k. After that there would be a boss fight if I had time to add any. I was thinking about making dash not use energy, but I planned it to make room for upgrades instead. Also slashing enemies would replenish energy and dropping down on them would give free jump up (right now drop down action has little to no purpose) so it would be probably a bit more easy.

I love the concept and execution. The game is really fun. My only two complaints would be the performance because I had a noticeable hitch every few seconds and the moment where the audio looped was very clear and got a bit annoying after some time. Other than that the game looks awsome

I have absolutely no idea what is going on here. I mean the game seems to be working fine but it makes no difference if there is no description how to play. Tutorial aside any description would really help

The game itself is really fun. I had just one issue when on day 3 I lost the game due to lack of money even though I had over 150 coins left just mostly on the ground. Other than that everything works great and I had a lot of fun with this one.

Nice idea, and lots of variety. I really like the visual and audio layer. It fits the game. And the theme is on point.

Interesting idea. The damage zone spawns a bit too randomly for my liking though. I feel like if it was faster but had few possible patterns you can expect it would be more fair. Its still fun to play though

Good visuals, concept and gameplay. I like it

I love how this game managed to make me laugh. I think adding timer and option to beat your own score would be a nice addition.

The idea was inspired by a mix of old game called "Ice Tower" and a scene of Tai Lung escape in Kung Fu Panda. I thought it would be fun to have a dynamic climbing game where you need to avoid enemies and use falling objects as platforms like in the movie :D

I am glad you liked it. The finish line is around 3000. This is intentional so that it's challenging even with lack of other content. Original plan was to have enemies spawned along the way and traps procedurally generated at random. Then after a while you would reach end of the section with room to rest just before boss fight. But that's just the plan. Most of this is actually already coded I just didn't have enough time to implement it properly.

I was considering adding platforms and it's still an option but I have decided to aim for continuous progression after each run and upgrades. I haven't even touched that yet. Ideas are nice but it all comes to time in the end.

Absolutely amazing. To think you were able to make game that is this good with tutorial included in just one week makes me jealous but it also motivates me to aim higher next time :D

Nice idea and execution

Visuals and theme are great, but I had technical issues while trying to play the game in browser. Camera kept floating around and I am not sure why but objects did not react properly. Cat didn't move at all and after opening two drawers I was unable to interact with anything else.

Simple but addictive. Nice work!

Good classic gameplay loop. I like it

Simple and enjoyable. I love how fun it plays. Few things to consider would be restart button and how not to get softlocked by returning cookies. Also I have scored all my points even though I got hit by toaster where I probably should loose the points. I still had a lot of fun with this one.

Well, I think I fixed the issue (though I still could not reproduce it on my end), but the uploads are blocked until GJ voting ends so there's that. You can as a workaround try to jump over the walls since using jump in quick succession should increase jump height (That's not intentional but it's pain in the ass to fix properly so I left it for future to fix)

(1 edit)

I really like the setting and events along the way. Cool writing there. One thing I was missing was a bit more info on the management side like How much resuurcess am I producing or even which one is which (I mean I have figured it out but a name on hover would be nice to have). Also if I accidentaly set jobs above population cap whole setup is cleaned and I had to enter numbers again. I think it would work better if the game did not allow player to move time until that is set correctly. Other than that I am loving the gameplay

Hi,
I am having trouble reproducing this. Could you tell me please what suystem and screen resolution (there is for some reason a physics issue related to window size that I am aware of so maybe it is related) have you been using
