How does the game fit the theme?

This game healed me
wait you liked it? thats a design flaw, will release a patch ASAP
I like polished gameplay
great game, the crow is lovely the game is addictive, the polish is on a great state fr, underrated tbh
I think you check all the boxes. The game fits perfectly the them, the game is simple, funny and addictive, and I relate to the message a lot. Thanks for your contribution. You're the best, champ !
The game is really cool! reminds me a lot of balatro, but a bit easier and less stressful :)
this game really needs more attention honestly one of the best from the jam! its really well made and easy to grasp.
only thing is that the music kinda cut out sometimes but thats not a big problem. loved this one! :)
That game was brilliant!
I really like games like this: with some kind of meaning and message. The music was amazing, it really immersed me in the atmosphere of the game.
You know, I didn't even care about the UI and the visuals, I listened to this wise raven and enjoyed the beautiful music.
Thank you for this amazing gaming experience.
played and rated :) Wow, that was beautiful, the message and music and theme were on point, the card game was simple (with a slight hint of Balatro DNA in there) but it worked well with what the game was trying (and succeeding) to be.
my only realy critism would be that there wasn't a huge amount of card variery, and that +10 x3.5 x3.5 x3.5 was too powerful, the game just became about throwing cards away until i could get that hand together. But those are litle things, and i think the game was more about its message than the gamplay, loved it
Basically perfect.
I wish I had more constructive feedback, but it's all great.
Without a doubt one of the best in the Jam.
PS. shout out to my fellow crow fans.
Your game is a masterclass... So happy to get the award at the end ^^
Incredible game.
Wow, you've created an amazing game. Every second I spent playing this game was very valuable. The dialogue you conveyed really touched my heart. I want to thank you for creating this game. I really wish everyone could try playing your game. 10/10
I love this game from bottom of my heart.
Omg, this game healed something in me. Kind of became entranced by the starry background, the lovely music, and the mysterious and wise crow. The card art was so cute too! When I began I was like pfft no way I'll make it to 100,000 and in the end I got something like 297,000 with 5 6* jacks. Which felt like the gameplay reflected your overall point about learning from failure and growing.
Very fun! I like that there are 2 objectives, the per hand score and the cumulative score, so when I had a rough streak trying to beat the per hand score it still felt like I was making progress. My high score was 213,840 before needing to tap out! Really well done on the game, the music and SFX fit perfectly and it was overall a very fun game to get lost in for a while!
Simple and Unique.I like the Narrative. Is it inspired by Balatro? i wonder. I played Balatro Before and i love that Satisfying feeling whenever the card start Scoring, maybe u can add Animation that has similiar Feeling to Balatro and it will be even better, just add more Game Juices. I felt Engaged through out the game, What is your secret to The Game Balance? honestly though i felt the base card is Useless on the Late Game. Overall a good game. I Beat It:
Very cool concept, the crow is very wise. That's why it felt great when i figure out a strategy/concept before the crow tells me about it. But it would be great if the UI was a bit more polished to indicate which rewards I've unlocked? Very impressive how you made a simple, but fun card game in such a short time though
Thank you for the kind words! Yeah I agree, I wanted to polish the UI more but you know how game jams are.
The last 10 hours were a frantic game breaking bug fixing session so I never got the time. That's why I compromised and just left some dialogue reminding the player that they might've
missed a reward.
I'm happy you enjoyed it despite the slightly rough UI!
I think I got True Ending+
And what's funny is that I had already done the 200k quest as the solution to the 50k quest
And yes I read all the dialogue, you're welcome
All the Caws are well drawn but the Joker looks like his wing is pretending to be a moustache. A fine fella.
I really liked how it looked and the personal expression you poured through this game. Super meta.
Hahaha! I really didn't expect anyone to find that secret! Even if they
realised they got all jokers i didnt think anyone would try to play all seven
cards.
Thank you for playing through so thoroughly, you're the only person to 100%
the game as far as I know!
Very great game, very fun! Love the music!
Who are you and why do you keep stalking me.
Someone please send help

Really enjoyed playing this. Fun and intuitive gameplay mixed with a great message, well done! :)
Thanks for playing! Happy to hear you enjoyed it!
I really enjoyed the visual themeing, but I wound up playing out about a dozen hands, not realising I was still in the tutorial text and not actually achieving anything! Agh!
Thanks, i put a lot of work into the visuals! A shame to hear about the wasted time, hope it didn't affect your thoughts on the game too much!
