How does the game fit the theme?
You play as an applicant for a job. In this job, nothing can go wrong. Even in seemingly simple tasks, this stringent condition is applied. Thus, a 7-day screening is required.

The art style is very unique and fun to start, the second thing that caught my attention was the fantastic dialogue system. I really like the effects on the text and how it rolls out.
The mini-games are a cool system and pretty fun, except you had me doing math...it was pretty mathmatical though. The audio design really fits the visuals since they're simple but really effective and the art style is hand drawn with minimal colors.
Really like the art style & atmosphere you built!
Making you have to start again from 0 after failing one task (shouldn't have taken expert math...) is maybe a bit too hard though for a game-jam game, if this happened in the last level I probably wouldn't have had the force to finish it & see that I wasn't crazy, Alice is!
The hand-drawn artstyle fits the game nicely. The progression in difficulty is good but we were surprised that despite being told that nothing can go wrong, when failing at a task it was game over.
Really interesting experience ^^! And I can proudly say that I'm the newest member of Ataraxia =p!
The mini-games were great ^^! I liked the variety of tasks (all these hours playing Cookie Clicker prepared me for this =p!) and the fact that you could kinda choose them, instead of being forced to do something you don't like. However, the OHKO aspect was brutal (which is weird, since the moral of the story is that we should not be afraid of failures?).
The graphics are AMAZING. The hand-drawn visuals make this game really stand out, and the result is beautiful. You didn't even need to have two different screens for the story, but I'm glad you did, because it gives immersion.
The sound design is simple, but well done. The chill music adds to the atmosphere and goes with the graphics perfectly . The loud "BEEEEEEEEEEEP" when you fail scared the sh*t out of me the first time, and I then was very anxious before pressing the "ok" button xD. Maybe its volume should have been tuned down, because that's REALLY loud ^^'.
The story is great, I like the fact than once you're hired, you make mistakes "on purpose" to show that we should not be afraid of them ^^. However I didn't get what is the siren at the end and why Alice is laughing ^^'.
So yeah, overall that was a very enjoyable experience, with amazing graphics and a cool story, congratulations =)!
I liked the minigames.
However I died once in dodge game and that was game over. I would have liked having a few more tries.
cool game, the transition between story and tasks was smooth and very easy to get into
That was a great experience! I like the dialogue smoothness and the presented options. I played through twice but didn't manage to get to the end as it got too difficult for me 😅😅 but I was really wanting to! Nothing can go wrong indeed...
Gorgeous hand-drawn art style.
Cool game! I liked the story and it was fun to play the minigames each day. The art style is very nice I like it a lot. I would've liked a bit more variety and challenge to the minigames, I like the dodging one and the math one is pretty cool, but the button clicking one is a little basic and I just used an auto clicker for the expert level of it cuz I have bad wrists from playing to many clicker games lol. Great work on the game, had fun getting hired at the job!
The mini games are so stressful despite the relaxing music.
The hand drawn art are beautiful and I love the whole aesthetic of the game!
Very well done, keep it up!
I really enjoyed the storyline and the mini games were quite fun. I really like the hand drawn style of the game ! The audio also fits really well. I love it, well done ! :)
I like that the images were hand drawn. it gives the game a nice and cozy feel to it.
Starts so easy but then it just skyrocket so fast lol! Love it! congratulations to the team!
Such cute graphics and overall atmoshpere, congrats, I really enjoyed it :)
Really well developed game, fits the theme perfectly and the storyline around the minigames is well thought out. Good job guys :)
Oh my god that failure sound nearly gave me a heart attack the first time!!! For a game about bringing ataraxia to people, that was a very stressful experience! (In a very good way). The little minigames are easy at first, but when you're all the way to the last day and the game forces you into one of those hard DODGE minigames, you can really feel the pressure! I loved it!
And I also loved the ending. I don't want to spoil it here but I did not see that coming hahahaha
I played a challenge on day 6 and got a success but it didn't register. I then failed the next attempt. Keep your job!. (Loved the game)
Well done! I really enjoyed playing the game and love the sketch art style. Right when I was about to think it's all too easy I failed doing a crazy math problem and got fired on the spot. I guess I deserved it :D
I got fired, on purpose! Ahah Nice drawings, the music was really calming me down :-) I liked it, I wish I could see more!
The goals were clear, I knew what to do, the dialogues were not too long and forward to the point! Well done, keep it up! Nothing can go wrong because I have nothing wrong to say :-)
Loved it, good job!
Something went wrong... Multiple times :( But actually, this was a really chill game, I liked the art, and enjoyed it all the way through. Great job!
5 stars, all round. no notes
