Ty for playing!

Originally we would add 2 mehanics: the between waves risk that was implemented, and another one to "cook" one of your weapons having then unavailable for you until next level. we had to cut the cooking mechanic for time constraints but the risk mechanic makes your enemies faster and spawn more often but you get a slight buff on XP per enemy.

Ty ty! That means a lot :D

Ty! Jams like this one are great ways to learn by doing. Keep participating whenever you can!

Ty! well be trying out the entries soon!

Time for a snack then! ty

Thank You! we tried to balance the risk and reward in such a way that you canot win w/o risking, but risking nonstop would overwelm you quickly

Thank you very much! we learned a lot of things doing this one. Beans are also my favorite weapon.

Ty for playing our game!

Ty! I myself had to try more than I am willing to admit to best him, Im sure you can do it too.

(1 edit)

Well, I mean... The narrator wants you to... But who he thinks he is telling you what to do and how to win? :D

Ty for playing! Im glad you enjoyed our game.

Yes, the sfx came up a little too loud at default, but in the options you can lower the volume (and for the music too if you want to).

Very nice visual novel! As a person that moved a thousands times I can relate. I like that the sound of passing dialog is like a water drop :P

Quite nice idea you have here! Good tackle on the theme of the jam and its sad that you couldn't finish it on time, but I hope you come back to this project latter!

I'm really glad that you liked our game that much! I'm speechless! Ty for the kind words!

Thanks! It means a lot!

Thank you very much!

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you got hooked on the game,It means a lot to us. We have plans of expanding this game further, so follow us!

this game is really cool! you need to think fast within the time and its easy to mess up if you dont pay attention. Great work!

Thank you very much for your feedback! I'm glad you liked our game. It's not necessarily a "bug" (although it wasn't intentional). What happens is that we didn't normalize the diagonal movement vector. Maybe when we expand on this idea further we'll even adopt the normalized vector, but it's an unintentional mechanic that can be explored as a potential solution.

hahaha Im glad you had fun with it!

Neat! thanks for the info! I'll look towards implementing that in future projects if i manage to port to Godot.

Very well done game! Simple but does what it mean to do in a very enjoyable way.

How did you implement a highscore system?

Funny game! It kept freezing and crashing during my gameplay (tryed on opera and chrome) so i couldn't pass the 3rd level, but its a nice concept of extreme solutions for "simple" problems.

Thanks! Keep trying and i believe you can do it!

Thank you! Sometimes little bit of frustration lead to change in perspective and this gives the feeling of finally overcoming the challenge! I hope you felt that during your playthrough.

Thank you! That fight is though, but with a little persistence you can do it! DEFY THE NARRATOR! BREAK THE SYSTEM!

Thank you for playing and for the feedback! The sound effects were a bit loud on the default settings, but you can turn them down (and/or the music if you want) in the options.

I had a hard time with the last level myself, but DaniBits had no problems, lol. We wanted it to be somewhat difficult and a total change of playstyle, but also not block completion for too many people because of it. In the end, we think it's at a good point of difficulty, and we totally agree with you.

One of the best entries I have played yet. Great art, does exactly the directive given, no twists, no stretchs (totally the oposite message of my entry). and that whats made it even more enjoyable! I really hope to se the game expanded further as a "Cozy Camping Simulator". I really liked this.

I just have one more thing to say:

Rigth left down... Up. Down. Left.

Right left down... Up. Down. Up.

Great idea you have with this game, very worth of expanding!

Cool game! I had some issues to activate the the doors and the frog getting stuck in the beggining sometimes. that asside its a cool game. Well done!

Thanks! Won't go on details here to not spoil new players, but that was initially made only for consistency sake, but turned out as a feature.

I'm really glad you enjoyed our game!

Thank you very much!

Simple but very enjoyable! Nice game.

That was very funny! As a friend once told me: Never trust in ducks.

Awessome! the mechanic of characters just walking by themselves was neat, I just found hard to click on them sometimes. Cool narrative also.

I like that the images were hand drawn. it gives the game a nice and cozy feel to it.

Starts so easy but then it just skyrocket so fast lol! Love it! congratulations to the team!

Maybe that wasnt wise of me to play just after my lunch.

Anyway, nice game, and nice setting! 10/10 Ratatouilles

Really nice game! I lost track of time trying to solve each level which I love in this type of game. Very well done!

I'm very glad you had fun! this is our first Game Jam (and Game in general) so it really means a lot to ur! Thank you for playing!

Thank You! I myself had a hard time beating up that fight lol. Im very happy you enjoyed our game.
