Good idea and good implementation. I actually had to spend some time to at least master the first room - so maybe it would be good to tweak difficulty level for beginners a little bit. well done!

Loved the pixel art. The idea to move faster on getting damaged was well implemented. I really hope there was more to play. The type of hazards was great too. This was something that could be made into a speedrunning game. I would say a little more player feedback and art would make this game amazing. Thanks for the game!
Please consider playing and rating my game as well. I would really appreciate that! Thanks a lot!!
It was a fun experience :D My feedback would be that the players speed increase is too much maybe slow it a little. Also your pixels sould be constant all over the art otherwise it can look confusing. Other than that adding sound effects to enemies can make the game alive.
Overall i had fun great work :)
Note: I would be happy if you could check my game as well :d
Nice effort :) I got frustrated for a second, but managed to finish the game in the end. I also liked the particle effect on the orb and the character sprite (very cute!).
Here are some pointers:
* Some cool down period after getting hit and losing a life would be great, most of the time, I got insta-killed because my life was drained super fast.
* The big guy before getting to the door blocked me at the beginning and I got confused, until I just rushed by him, before he could do so.
* The second part of the level (after going through the door) could be placed further away, so you don't see it through the wall. I got stuck a bit trying to get to the door and was wondering why I cant get there.
Keep at it! Enjoyable little game you put together there.
The arts and concept are fine I think, but where should I go next, I'm so lost....
I think it's a good base, but I think that it could use some more polish, like sound and particle effects and such. But I like the concept!
Hey so my piece of feedback is that in pixel art, you need to be conscious about the size of all your pixels. It should remain a constant pixel size. Say 16x16 or 32x32. If you need something to be bigger, adjusting the scale property in the engine isn't the proper way to do it. Your art would look 100 times better if you make a bigger sprite to maintain pixel size!
The art was pretty good, but the level was confusing, and the lasers seemed unavoidable to me? I would've reaaally appreciated some amount of player feedback for all elements of the game: camera shake, sound effect, particles, animations, etc... whenever something happens like taking damage or opening a door.
So, the graphics were simple but ok for a game jam. The mechanic was executed pretty good.
But the enemies got stuck on the walls and you should work on the level desing a bit more because it was hard to know here are you going.
I liked this game, You did a pretty good job on this jam :)
The graphics are fine and fit the game. But I wasn't able to beat the first levels. Those lasers always killed me instantly. It's clearly to hard without checkpoints or something.
But well done.
I enjoyed the art style but i had the same problem as others, i didnt see a way through without being killed, but i read the comments so i know now! Well done with your game!
Cool game...but that giant blue block that gets in your way just makes it impossible to progress without restarting...I couldn't even beat the first level =(
The game is a bit difficult, I would like to have checkpoints. The use of theme is really good though! Congrats on the finished game!
The game looks beautiful
Though i would have loved an invincibility timer after the player is damaged
Took me a few times, maybe ten but I got through after reading in the comments that you needed to take damage to get through the first blue enemy, either way nice game! I'd suggest adding some invincibility after getting hit so you don't lose all your health all at once if your too slow.
