Just found your itch.io  page while perusing Supergiant Games website. This game is really dope, it's a nice reminder of how games can take you on a journey with sheer context and create a strong emotional impact. A lot of the things said resonated with me and reminded me of things I'm am not telling people, and that I don't need the precondition of an apocalypse to reach out, thanks!

P.S. I'm a huge fan of the studio you work for!

Thanks! Never played run before, and yea the game mode you first pick when loading will work but if you switch it won’t. 🥸👀 I’ve been found out! It’s not a mashup at alllll😅

Thanks alot! this helped pinpoint the issue! Whichever mode you select first should work, it's only when you try to switch to a different mode it gets buggy.

Definitely drew inspo from that!

@Fireskelet hey thanks for playing! Did dizzy mode actually work for you!? cuz others were having the issues you described having in normal mode but in dizzy mode.

Super juicy, awesome game!

You are correct! I'll have to figure that out, thanks for playing

Nice title menu. It was however pretty bland to look at and abrasive listen to, the puzzle mechanic was good but left a lot to be desired in implementation. Levels could have used some balancing, as they didn't seem to  grow in complexity(if anything they got easier), which is critical for a game of this type. Good job for finishing.

Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed it

Thanks for the 1min feature! Sorry ya  got swarmed by dem pigeons.

Thanks! Yea, I was working on angry and sleepy till the end to get them working... enough lol. The big thing is I shouldn't have given those two a landing cool down.  I originally thought it would make sense with sleepy's getting up animation and angry's heaviness but in hindsight it just kinda crippled them. Check points are in for my next game for sure😉.

I really appreciate the feedback! We played around with idea changing the level look/layout for each character or making some areas only accessible if you're playing as a specific character. That coupled  with a way to switch between them on the fly or with a collectible.  All those Metroidvania elements were a bit out of scope for this jam but I do wish I could've added some.

So not to be a butt, but... this particular post was for webgl games (should have stated in my previous reply). However, I did download and try for Mac but it wasn't working. Your game does look cool and it seems like you got a lot of positive reviews though, congrats.

Very solid game, I like the espionage/ blueprint level layout its a cool idea.

Great job, this was a fun game and could easily be expanded.

id love to play but i'm on Mac

Favorite game of the jam so far!!

Thanks, appreciate the kind words, and I assure you all collectibles are attainable lol just maybe not that easy to get to. Les has a bit of coyote time, angry has his air dash, and sleepy should be able to reach anywhere. Anyways thanks for the feedback!

Nailed it with this one, great game!

I love the rts tower defense style!

Criticism - Finding the bugs was difficult, if the player could see the bugs better and the command center needed you to target them, it still would have fit the theme and  made the quality much better. That way you could prioritize/strategize who to target, I just felt like the level of darkness was an unnecessary handicap.

Other than that the art when you could see it was awesome, the targeting system was really interesting, mapping the drone light focus to the mouse wheel was a really interesting mechanic. Great job!

Funny dialog and scenario,  kinda made me default to mindlessly clicking and hoping for a turret to appear. But nice experience overall

Thanks for the comment! I totally agree with the check points, if I had an extra day they would've been in for sure. Note taken on the enemies, I have a few ideas how I could make that scenario not happen. Thanks about the music, that wasn't even intentional lol. It was just the way I had my scenes set up the music looped until you got to the end, but now I know to keep that feature😁!

Thanks so much my bro worked super hard on all the art and animations. Yea, check points would have been a great addition, next time i'll get to them.

Thanks for playing! That's fair,  seems like a common issue definitely taking notes😉

Thanks for the kind words, Yea it was down to the wire to get them all in and somewhat playable lol, checkpoints would have been a good addition

Great retro style game!

Nice work! though it would've been a bit easier to play if things were slowed down a lil.

I got 2290! Great job on finishing this its nice and simple keep it up!

great all around experience! I wish shooting left and right wasn't so confusing for me when you flip around but the story and the gameplay was cool

Great job with this, refreshing take on the theme! the progression was nice too.

Nice Game! The camera movement/effects were nice, and difficulty felt right

I will get to all these!

Thanks for the feedback! I really wish I could've made the characters mesh better with the platforming, it was a first platformer for me so definitely room for improvement.

All around great Game, the level of polish is nuts. my only complaint is the camera controls are way too sensitive.  Amazing entry though!

Thanks, I hear ya on the landing frames something I'll fix after the jam or work on for the next one! I really wish I had more time to balance them correctly.

Thanks for the feedback, I thought that having some landing frames might show off our animations a bit and maybe help angry get through the level but it seems to just make him and sleepy feel a bit too clunky.

Really enjoyed the perspective switching on this,  deff used the prompt correctly. The games difficulty was perfect for the length and the aesthetic was refreshing, great job!

This makes me feel like dragon blade Genji! lol sweet submission, I cant tell if its hard if  I'm just bad. I wish there were more platforms to land on, but other than that super solid game great work!

Great prototype! There's a lot of room for improvement here, bullets/knock back, score, etc. I'd like to see this more fleshed out for sure! good work!

Will Rate and Comment all y'alls games (if their webgl...), Obviously check mine out too😉,  just make sure you read the description before playing. cheers!
