It's misère tic-tac-toe, with a cute story!
It's kind of hard to intentionally lose (especially if I pay too much attention to trying to force lil bro to get three-in-a-row and forget to notice whether I'll get three-in-a-row, which happened multiple times to me). Lil bro isn't good at winning tic-tac-toe, but at least he isn't too good at losing, either; if he really wanted to lose (or you wanted to make this game impossible) there's a strategy he could have done which would have made it impossible for lil bro to win.
A couple minor issues: I wish when a game ended it stayed a bit longer and indicated somehow who won (like drawing a line through the three-in-a-row). Right now it just seems to show the final board for one frame before moving on, and a few times I won without realizing it and then was confused as to what happened. Also after the ending it just shows a blank cutscene, and clicking multiple times caused it to show some glitchy-looking text and then eventually the game crashed after clicking more times. (I'm playing on the web version.)

the only issue I found was that sometimes it seems to miss you "cheating" then carry it over to the next round. Other than that great job!
Edit: That game worked fine, I just need to not review games first thing in the morning lol, great job!
Could you elaborate on what you mean by it misses you cheating? If you mean it seems to incorrectly give the ai a win then whats probably happening is because it restarts the round near instantly you didn't even notice that the ai won I made sure to fix this for the post jam update which will wait a second and highlight the winning 3 in a row before switching. If this isn't the problem and it's something else please let me know. Thanks for Playing!
So in the picture in the just comment it says I cheated, which means I won that round for real right? I didn't get three in a row that round, but I had on the previous round, but the previous round counted as a win instead of being told I cheated. I'm pretty sure it's something to do with how fast it checks stuff at the end, seems like it's carrying over the loss from the previous round
In the picture you got a draw which counts as a win (bad) for you. The cheater text shows up if you win (bad) 3 out of 5 games as it is a best of 5. So if im understanding what you're saying correctly the cheater text didn't show up on your other wins (bad) because it wasn't your third win (bad) in the best of 5. It's really hard to discuss things like this cause winning and losing are reversed lol.
Ooooooh ok, yeah this might just be me being stupid lol. I thought if I won with three in a row it was an instant loss, but I'm not sure why I thought that. Ignore all of that the game was good good job 😂

Simple concept, yet very difficult haha. I enjoyed the art and the bratty child snitching on me lol. Very fun and engaging.
Not a bad concept and a pretty short game. Maybe the game they were playing in question (tic-tac-toe) in this case could have been swapped for something a bit more complex.
Does he place randomly or is he actively trying to lose? I couldn't tell, but I found it so hard to not accidently win sometimes. At one point I was happy because I thought I had let him win but I didn't realise I accidently got three in a row. I am a fool ahaha. Good job!
The only randomness is on the first turn where he chooses a random non middle spot to play otherwise I made the ai try to avoid winning as much as possible. Thanks for playing!
Some games in this game jame are funny, but only this game made me laught out load. It was so relatable. Also loose in the game is the hardest thing on Earth. Good job.
Maybe one thing, when someone wins it would be better to wait for some time, show the wining row, so player can realize what happened.

This is way too relatable. The idea is very simple but also quite unique and creative. It all just comes down to limiting their choices so that the only move they can make is a automatic win since a draw counts as a win for us, making it quite challenging. Overall, great game!

Suprisingly hard to lose at tic tac toe. The lil brother said I was cheating when I had definitely LOST for him though. Pretty accurate to little brothers. Haha! Good job!

Loved this! This humor is exactly what I look for in games. That moment when the music instantly stops the moment you first win is really funny. Even the font for the text is perfectly childish. I also love how fitting this game is to the theme of the jam. No abstract concepts or anything, just doing the complete opposite to what you do in tic tac toe. Also surprisingly difficult at first.

Despite having a similar concept for my game (the outcome is predefined), it didn't immediately click for me what was going on. The story/tutorial(?) guides you in perfectly, the music fits really well with the vibe of having to intentionally lose, and overall it adds a new spin to a famously 'solved' game.
10/10!
