Very cute game, quite an interesting concept. Good job!

I think I had a bug a few times which looked like the game didn't registered that my roll ended so I kept moving in a direction but couldn't stop or roll again.

This could work, but the attacks are way too overpowered to the dicefolk.

I got into a point where rolling wouldn't even work. I pressed W, but the dice kept moving foward after this.

I really like the idea for the game, a couple suggestions that I would make is to have a small window of invincibility when the player attacks as I found that I kept getting hit by my own attacks immediately. Also I think having a death noise would add a lot as I was confused what happened the first couple times around.

This is a very cool game! The art style is great and the sound effects feel smooth. One of the best parts about this game is that your projectiles are universal, which means they can hit the enemies and yourself. One small improvement you can make is to add some screen shakes! In all my games, the thing that makes them feel JUICY is the subtle screen shakes. Overall, this is a fantastic game with a decent amount of polish! Keep up the good work mate :)

Really really creative idea, the way the dice works in this game is really fun and unique

I think that the main thing your game is lacking is polish, the fact that the player can attack after a roll and the movement not triggering after doing other actions

But I really enjoyed the game nonetheless, well done!

Very cute! however I kept getting hit by my own projectiles while they spawned :P

Very creative idea, but the speed of the projectiles should be such that you can't roll and then your own bullet spawns on top of you. Also, if the projectiles spawned from where you started instead of where you ended up, it would be far easier to aim. Also my character just flew out of bounds and got stuck once, but that's  probably just an uncommon glitch.

Cool idea with clean representation. However being able to roll constantly into your own projectile is a bit frustrating, though maybe it's part of the design to stop after each roll instead of constantly moving around like a madman :)

did i seriously break the game already

so i somehow got teleported out of bounds after spamming the roll a bunch of times

also, after i died i couldnt move

the game might have been too hard and chaotic, i can only seem to beat level 1 and the ice attack is too unpredictable
also you might need to balance out the health, chaos and projectile speed to make it more fair

my suggestion is that you have small slimes with 1 health each instead of 1 boss with a bunch of health
this will help as when there are too many projectiles on screen to dodge, they will attack the slimes and will benefit you

the invinc. frames for the slime is also way too long; it should be half a second and not a couple of seconds

otherwise, this is still quite a good game, the pixel art looks nice and the mechanics do work

The idea was nice and the art and audio where great! The game is really hard and I could only beat level 1 but I still really enjoyed the game!

It integrates the theme with the game's setting very nicely, and it provides a fun experience.
I think that the attacks would work better if it came out of the spot at the start of the roll, but I undertand that I made more sense for the roll of the die to come out after.

I think this is a amazing concept. Really refreshing and exciting. It only bothers me, that my own projectiles can hurt me. It's really frustrating to shoot for example an ice projectile and immediately ran into it. Apart from that i like the game. Good job.

The concept is really interesting (I definitely did not do a similar idea) and the combat was fun too. There were lots of bugs so I only was able to finish the first slime. The lightning bolt and grass was kind of hard to use. Nice game otherwise.

The concept is super unique! The ice explosion ability is cool but frustrating. Walking faster than the projectile speed often lead me to walking into them. A cool way the frost roll could be balanced is to let the primary projectiles do double damage to enemies. That way it would feel rewarding while remaining challenging. Good woork!
