Awesome pixel art graphics. Gameplay was a bit reprtititve and AI seemed overly easy to beat, I stopped after beating about 5 levels by just repeatedly pressing A, it didn't seem to get any harder. 2 player could be cool but I didn't get a chance to try it.

Very well-made! The combat is surprisingly deep for such a simple setup. I didn't get a chance to try out the local multiplayer with anyone, but I bet it would be really fun!
The AI difficulty was well-done too; the first couple enemies were very easy, but it took me many tries to beat stage 5 and 6.
This is great! The multiplayer feature is definitely welcome in a game like this. Something weird happened on level 4 where the opponent wouldn't stop dashing back and I was able to just spam weak attacks lol, but I couldn't pass level 5. Nice work!

Amazing graphics and definitely feels like an early '80s game, or something from the early GameBoy era. It seemed like the AI could block and I couldn't, but maybe I just couldn't figure it out. Beautiful entry!

Despite the simplicity of the controls, the battles were very intense.
Very cool game! Very polished indeed, in all aspects. And I love that it has a vs mode. Also the overall speed really builds anticipation and puts it back into a gameboy feeling.
Only a minor remark here: the keys are assigned by letter and not by physical key. I've played in an azerty (French) keyboard and it was very frustrating not being able to move backwards until I've realized that the A key was somewhere else. Silly me!
Super simple but amazing and polished! The amount of gameplay contained in just move left and right, attack quick, and attack strong is insane. I lost at the 3rd enemy and it was tragic but I wasn't robbed. The best parts of the fighting genre distilled in gameboy form.
