Very good concept and the art style ties in very well. Good job! :)

I love how the cat purs when sleeping!  Really clever idea with the duck being a movement guide!! Love the black and white sprite art as well. Congrats on submitting such an awesome platform puzzle game to the jam~ please check out mine if you haven't :D

Really fun idea! I also made a cat game :)

What a lovely game! The idea is fun and the visuals with the music deliver such aesthetic pleasure. Also, the honk buttons in the menu were a nice touch. :D

Nice take on "indicret control"! The music binds the game together well! Love how forgiving the game is, with all the reset points. Took me about 10 min to get to the fish – is that the end?

Had to smile about the deadly bacon slices, or whatever they were! :D Thanks for making this!

There's two endings, one where he gets the fish and one where he doesn't. If you don't stop running at the end he gets It and the credits roll with the real representation of the cat. If not, he doesn't! Thanks for playing!

Great game!

That's a nice take on the theme and the game is simple yet fun to play.

Great Job!

Genuinely fun! Apart from some bugs that can be easily fixed during polishing, I think this is a great platformer and I wanna see more mechanics and levels!

Cool idea, completely original. I think it could've been improved with a timer/enemies, but it's still amazing. I rated it 4 stars for fun and 5 for everything else

EDIT: Now that I think about it, enemies would probably ruin the game. I would've appreciated a timer though (so the score is how far you can get or something

Developer(+1)

Hi! I thought of a timer based mode, but it erased part of the relaxing fun, and at the end didn't feel it was the right choice. Thanks for playing!

Honk!

Honk, but louder!

I had so much fun :) It is really fun concept!

Thank you very much!

This is an excellent submission, I like it a lot :)

Clean pixel art and color schemes, easy to learn and unique mechanics, plus it has honking ducks and a cute ending. There's not much to critique here other than it's a bit short. It's simple, but effective.

Developer

Thank you very much. (I always thought that the best criticism someone can give you is that your game is short. That means you want more, which makes me even happier!)

Liked the mechanic! Also reminded me of Tweety and Sylvester!

Developer

Didn't think of that! Damm that's cool.

Translation to English for those who need it (although my spanish isn't great):

It's a great game friend, very simple and effective, and fun as well. I like animal-related games.

Developer

That's a great translation!

Very unique and clever way to fit the theme. Very well thought out and overall fun experience.

This was adorable! The difficulty curve and challenge of making the cat jump was great, and it was just the right challenge to control the bird and make sure both bird and cat were moving where you wanted them to! Having the cat purr while sleeping was the icing on the cake. Good job!

Developer(+1)

Someone pointed out the purring! Thank you for your nice comments!

Very clever mechanic, cute dynamic between the main characters as well. Love the presentation as well, great aesthetic. Love it!

Thanks for playing!

I have seen platformers where you have indirect control of the character, but the idea of being a cat is astonishingly brilliant. I love it!

Developer(+1)

ooooh :D

Thank you for the nice comment!

you could do alot with this idea as well, for instance other things to take the attention of the cat and tons of other stuff

Really lovely game! I included it in my GMTK Game Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Developer

Loved the video.
