This was really fun, reminds me of the old gold mining flash games from back in the day.

Very calm and relaxing vibe, and the artwork was superb.

The concept of the game is great. Your are in the limbo fishing, which is a relaxing activity. It's a creative idea. Good game.

I love your design. The phrase plenty of fish out there comes to mind. I like that some of them are dangerous and they stick around if I accidentally catch one of them. Love the play with the letters(I think one of them was from Jack to Rose, or the other way around). Really had fun. If I had to give you feedback, I would put the messages in bottles. Also if you decide to polish it a bit more, do a parallax effect on the mountains. They does help a lot.

Honestly, the best game I've played so far in the Jam. I couldn't stop until I had caught all eleven memories.

You applied the "Timeless" theme to memory, and it works beautifully (I used a similar approach in my game :)).

The game conveys a deep sense of melancholy, enhanced by a carefully crafted atmosphere. The ending is both emotional and bittersweet. Visually, it's perfect. Everything feels detailed and immersive. I don't know if it was intentional, buy I used the position of the mountains and the moon to orient myself (such a clever touch).

The fishing rod upgrades are also spot on, pushing you to improve in order to reach certain memories.

All in all, a fantastic project. Congrats on the work and best of luck in the Game Jam!

This is really sad. People who lost someone meaningful or have been through war can really relate to this.

Reaaly enjoyed it! very nice and relaxing! i was wondering were we can buy things and i randomly went to teh cabin! very cool! what i would like to see more although i did not play long! did 5 memories due to lack of time , is darker waters below like dark dark and a potential boat wave with the waters surface or as we reel fish up to havet he boat struggle a bit! if those are implemented though disregard my comment! otherwise i really enjoyed it ! killer artwork and nice narrative! cudos!
