I added a mini-game that used to be called the impossible labyrinth... Also, the modifier is part of the story.

Yep, this game is impossible.
I can't really say I had *fun* playing it. It was more a mix of anger, frustration and confusion. With that said, I like the backstory, and I think it's a great premise. Funnily enough, in one of my previous SBIGJam games, a big part was on solving Captchas. I think this executed the concept much more deeply though!

This game is original, but hard as nails. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but your Modifier score is through the roof! :D
It is better to play in windowed mode (the buttons can be swapped randomly at high resolution.) I also advise to fight on the right side of the wall in maze. Thx for your feedback!

Well the game is impossible dude but I think you could have made the graphics like 20 times better but that also makes the perfect for the SBIG jam so good job bro

I've decided to try using a standard format for all my feedback this time around. Please excuse me if I come across as overly curt or miss something important about your game. I'm writing these all quite hastily as there are a lot of games in the jam this year!
What I liked
The style and presentation of this game fits together fantastically. It reminds me of some of the Flash games from back in the day.
What I didn't like
The gameplay. It reminds me of those "impossible maze" kind of Flash games, which I've never been a fan of. It's not bad, necessarily, but really not my thing.
Did I think it was so bad it was good?

My thoughts on the modifier implementation
It took me a while to figure out how it was woven into the backstory but once I did, I was like, yeah, that's pretty cool.
Verdict
Not really my cup of tea personally, but I can appreciate the style of it and it's definitely a good fit for this jam.

I had fun with this one. I think it's the only game I have been able to finish playing less than 15 minutes. The concept is promising, I would like to see a next episode.

Haven't made it past the maze level. Oh man, those gunshots...
Wow.... this game is pretty intense for something about CAPTCHAs. I like how the backstory is read by a robotic voice! Also the intense music really adds to the atmosphere. I never knew trying to pass the captcha test could feel so life threatening, I literally jump the moment I hear the gun shots and Jerry's death sound. This really has an intense plot, it feels like a really good game, hardly any bad in it, but the plot of captchas makes it ridiculous--the idea really is so bad, it's good! Congrats on managing to make a simple concept so deadly. Also, I keep dying in the "simple maze" section, so the impossible factor is in there as well. I hope to pass that level at some point.
