Fun game! The music was nice, the pixel art was fitting for the game, and the AI, and also controls worked really well for a game jam! I'd like to see more of what you people create :)

Thank you NPG! Yeah at the beginning the dev wanted to team up with me to make a paper mario-like game, I think it turned out pretty nice in the end

Really cool well-made game, loved the sound effects! One recommendation I'd say is maybe add a goalie or something? It feels very difficult to play any kind of defense all of the time. Overall though really good job!

Really fun game, really enjoyed this submission! I really like the physics (I really like anything whacky and random), there were some very clutch plays from me and my friend bouncing the ball into the goal. One small suggestion is to have the camera zoom out a tiny bit more because sometimes the ball would get stuck in the corner and the ai would have to get it. Overall amazing game, loving how you combine the best of 2d and 3d worlds!
I loved the music and sound in this -felt like a good retro sports game!! :D The gameplay was fun and the art was perfect for this -the opponents ai was surprisingly fun and challenging too! Great work!!

cute art and music, but I think some sort of "nerf" for when you are holding the ball is in order, because you can pretty much always score a goal once you have it in han.... in foot.
Thanks for playing. You can force the opponent holding the ball to drop it by pressing shift, tho I definitely should have added that as like a mini tutorial or something. I also originally planned for there to be a time limit as to how much you can hold the ball but ended up never implementing it

Cool game, the art is really nice and the physics word well most of the time. It would probably be nice if there was some sort of way to interact with the opponent when they're holding the ball, as it stands it feels a bit helpless when you don't have it and a bit OP when you do.
Thanks for playing. When the opponent is holding the ball you can press shift to force them to drop it. I should probably have made that clearer in-game lol

Ay thanks pineberry, the web build is fine if you take out the fact that the audio can get a bit choppy and the art doesn't behave normally, I plan to make all the games I take part in as accessible as possible, glad you liked it!
