Theme interpretation
The wacky combinations of bridges used to connect the shores demonstrates a poor connection because it appears hastily built.

Really fun game as always Mov. thanks for letting me get you some audio in a pinch.
Really simple and short game, can be replayed multiple times while still having fun due to the concept.
The music was great, visual also looks good.
On the first playthrough, I made a mistake with the selection and basically had the restart when I was close to the other side of the bridge. There doesn’t seem to be any way to “undo” if you end up selecting a part that does not fit onto what you already have, as it won’t let you place it down.
The second playthrough, while I was rotating one of the bridges, it is placed down, as for some reason, both left and right clicks place the bridge down the moment it can be, despite me trying to rotate it. So although you mentioned it can be played entirely with mouse, I ended up rotating with the keyboard key instead as it didn’t just place the bridge whenever it can.
Would have loved if there was some sort of way to view your entire bridge while it was showing the score at the end, to see what you have built.
So, i've seen the "code" on stream - impressed how you figured out all that road connection business going on.
Also, loved chill music and neat itch page design.
The only complaints I have is what cookie said + no audio settings
Really loved this game! Super simple, vibey, great execution. Loved the guitar and added music layers when using a different road type. Really really amazing!
i like it! visuals are nice
it feels a bit weird how the connection is only shown when you place it, but not in the preview when you're hovering
not being able to cancel your choice and pick another one is annoying
sometimes the roads also had wrong descriptions
but it's cool i like it!
yeah sorry about all of those problems, ironically all of those are fixed in the postjam build right now
Love it! My favorite this jam for sure
I really like the comfy vibes , and the music change is pretty cool
Really nice participation, I had fun with it
Oh I like this game so much! It's addicting as heck. This gives me a huge Dorfromantik vibe, and it's brilliant. It feels like it had a lot of potential, like more tiles, challenges, even a board game adaptation! I am getting ahead of myself, sorry. I like the art style a lot, the music is calm and fitting, and the pacing of the game is nice. I also like the aspect of a bridge that basically makes no sense in real life, but is funny to see. Would like to see the bridge in its entirety after you end the level though.
For the only criticism I could think of, I think you should be able to see clearly how the bridge looks when selecting new bridge pieces. Currently, the cloud texture blocks it, and it makes making decisions a bit harder. But other than that, the game is pretty much perfect for the game. Well done!!!!!
Thank you :) you can actually mouse away from the choices to the top or bottom of the screen and it makes them transparent, but that wasn't communicated clearly lol.
The music is so soothing, and accompanies the gameplay so well! The game feels super relaxing to play and is easy to pick up. Nice touch on making the bridge selection screen see through when moving your cursor away (I was actually going to complain about it blocking the view, but then read the description and saw that the issue was already considered). It would be nice to show the player what the end goal is before having to just start placing bridges. I think something else that could be done is when it's impossible to bridge to the end, a game over screen could pop up, or just restart automatically. Nice job with your entry!
nice calming game ^^
I failed the first time because I didn't consider the end road is already there X"D
but it's really good simple game with good kind of challenge too XD
Nice, simple game that is quick to understand and play, but can still be challenging when you build a hell of a bridge. The only thing I felt missing was a short intro animation that shows you where the other end of the bridge ends. In the first playthrough, I was wondering if it was an endless game where you had to collect as many stars as possible or reach the other end.
Great concept, and cute visuals, the fact that was made in Scratch is insane!
Really cool entry! And always impressed with the stuff you are able to in scratch/turbowarp!
I love the music & artstyle and the concept fits the theme really well! :D
Really nice game! I accidentally lost multiple times but overall a pretty good experience!
Visuals:
I have absolutely no issues here, the game looks amazing. (Sometimes when hovering on the roads the text didn't want to change)
Audio:
The soundtrack was soothing and fit really well, the sounds were also good.
Gameplay:
It was surprisingly satisfying for such a simple concept, i can totally see the game being expanded upon. Wish there was a way to know if you f'ed up. i felt bad after losing so much progress.
Overall:
Really solid submission! You did really well and obviously the fact it was made in scratch is amazing. The gameplay was satisfying and the audio and visuals were great. The game could use some options settings for volume and bindings but overall a great entry! Good Job!
