I got a bit lost at the start but a pretty interesting experience.
Visuals:
Pretty basic but the style fits the theme of the game.
Audio:
Pretty good basic sound effects and cool music.
Gameplay:
The controls were a bit hard to get a hold of even with the guide, but once i got a hold of the game it became pretty addicting.
Overall:
Pretty nice job! I feel like the game could use a bit of polish but overall great entry! Good Job!
Really great entry for a first one!
Visuals:
The sprites could use a bit more work but overall the game looked consistent.
Audio:
The music and sounds fit the game and everything sounded nicely!
Gameplay:
Took me a while to realize i needed to connect the building but it's a very interesting concept.
Overall:
Really good job, it's rough around the edges but overall amazing submission. Good Job!
Really cool game, i love tower defence games.
Visuals:
The pixel art looks great and there's absolutely no issues to the game's visuals, the UI looks good too.
Audio:
The music is great, the sound effects are well fit and sound good.
Gameplay:
The game is straightforward but fun, honestly there's no real issues.
Overall:
Great entry, you all did a great job and should be proud of yourselves. Good Job!
Overall a pretty great entry! I really like the vibe.
Visuals:
The low poly models look great and overall the game is really well done in terms of visuals.
Audio:
The music and sound effects fit the game very well and set the environment perfectly.
Gameplay:
I did get stuck once when i backed away from the tower when it was opening, the skiing mechanics were fun but i wish there was more challenge to the game.
Overall:
Amazing game and theme interpretation is good. Good job!
Really frustrating fun idea i love this game.
Visual:
The low poly models look great and fit the game perfectly, the cable was a bit buggy and gmod level shaking but really good visuals overall.
Audio:
It was a bit quiet even at 100% but it fit nicely along with the sound effects.
Gameplay:
...
Yeah
Overall:
This is a really good entry, the mouse sensitivity was low for me even at 100% but that's pretty much the only issue i have. Could use more levels. Great Job!
Pretty good game for a beginner, there were some issues:
Visual:
The game's ui was pretty bare bones, but the sprites were pretty good, although the background could use some love.
Audio:
Song was pretty nice, no sound effects though :(
Gameplay:
The usual package for gamejam platformers:
- Could use some coyote time
- The character was a bit too fast
- The wall jump seemed 'sticky'
Overall:
Despite the flaws you should be proud of yourself, it's not easy to make a game but you did it in 2 weeks, and it's experience that'll last with you. Good job and keep jamming!
Okay the games is great, and this time TECHNICALLY you did not go engineless so i'll be more cruel muhahaha.
Visuals:
Amazing art as always, the game looks great, i feel like the menu font is a bit tough to read for me? might just be me. But... I feel like the game was missing some juice, i know it's html and all but i really feel like if the game's actions were more responsive it would've been hell of a lot more fun, little screenshake there, little knockback here.. ect.
(oh also some sprites seemed to have a weird line appear and disappear on them)
Audio:
Music is amazing, the sounds effects fit well with the game, no issues here!
Gameplay:
Now the game is addicting, as is every Survivor game but i feel like it ramps up kinda slowly? Also could use with a bit more upgrade types. Also the frames seemed to drop at some point by a slightly noticable margin but it wasn't bothering in any significant way.
Overall:
Great entry! I feel like the theme is a bit loose, and could do with a bit of balancing but overall really fun game! Great Job!
This is an interesting concept but i feel it could use some more time in the oven.
Visuals:
The sprites are pretty good, but the UI and some elements could use a bit more love, there's a lot of stretching and mismatched pixel sizes, but other than that pretty good.
Audio:
There's a looping track going on but not much else, some sound effects would be nice i recommend sfxr for this type of game.
Gameplay:
The idea is creative but i feel like the randomness was more frustrating than challenging, like getting lag right when a bullet is about to hit (maybe make the player invincible during lag?), the level design was cool but inconsistent, a big mix of super easy and super difficult rooms.
Overall:
If the game gets a bit of polish here and there in all aspects, then i feel like this would be a pretty good game. But it's still impressive for 2 weeks, Good Job!
A simple terminal simulation text based game, it's an interesting entry.
Visuals:
Obviously the game is text-based so there isn't much going on, but despite that the game feels good to look at and the UI is nicely made.
Audio:
The clicking sounds satisfying, but i wish there was more going on audio-wise.
Gameplay:
The game is pretty difficult to graps, it would help to be able to use the help command before starting because i just found myself restarting over and over trying to read the help instructions. I ended up unsure of what i was supposed to do with the ALIGN command.
Overall:
Pretty interesting and well executed entry. Wish i could turn down game volume down in game. Overall a pretty solid entry. Good job!
Really nice game! I accidentally lost multiple times but overall a pretty good experience!
Visuals:
I have absolutely no issues here, the game looks amazing. (Sometimes when hovering on the roads the text didn't want to change)
Audio:
The soundtrack was soothing and fit really well, the sounds were also good.
Gameplay:
It was surprisingly satisfying for such a simple concept, i can totally see the game being expanded upon. Wish there was a way to know if you f'ed up. i felt bad after losing so much progress.
Overall:
Really solid submission! You did really well and obviously the fact it was made in scratch is amazing. The gameplay was satisfying and the audio and visuals were great. The game could use some options settings for volume and bindings but overall a great entry! Good Job!
Wow this is such a good concept i hope you keep expanding it, you can really tell this game took a lot of work and amazing job! The music is great. If i had a few issues it would be the fire sound not being changed by the sfx slider and the "calm" period could be a tad bit longer. Otherwise Amazing entry!
