Games a lovely vibe. Cool idea being able to morph between vehicles. Water looks great and good job on the models of the boat and birdo. I think adding simple objectives like visit an island and shuttle passengers or explore and document your discoveries would go a long way!

Good job!

Bird dude be vibing!

Cool looking prototype!
Though. I agree with others that plane controls are bit too intense, while boat controls being fine.

I really like the look of the sailor and the boat/plane! The main downside for me was the map not having more on it. I think having some landmarks and other locations could make the game feel like a more fulfilling experience. Having music playing while sailing the boat instead of only playing when you're taking off would be nice, along with audio sliders. The current base volume is pretty low, and I couldn't really tell there was sound until I raised my computer volume. Overall, I like the concept and could see a lot more being done with this! Good job with your submission!

Nice touch to have animation when you steer the boat/plane. Controlling the plane is a bit confusing, but when you stabilize the position, you can hold shift and aim to the moon!

interesting mechanic XD

took some time to master the controls since it's shared between boat and plane

but it's quite playing around with the movement XD

Thanks for playing!

This is quite an early prototype indeed. Gameplay is not here yet, so I will not delve into that too much, but I'd say the concept of a boat and plane hybrid is a nice concept and definitely has potential. If you are going for something cosy I'd say exploration games such as A short hike will be a nice match. Maybe a racing game where you go through hoops around the area? That might be cool.

For the mechanics alone, I'd say the plane controls are a bit difficult, and turning the plane doesn't feel super nice doing so. It may be the fact that so little water is loaded at a given time, and with the simple colour skybox, it's quite hard to tell if you are turning or not. The speed is also a bit problematic (or at least I think), where the ship is basically too slow to be competitive against the plane, which sort of makes ships not attractive to players.

Anyway, with all that said, I do think the prototype works pretty well, and I am excited to see what you can do with it.

Thanks for the feedback! A short Hike was absolutly on my inspiration list,

I'm also excited to see if you keep working on your participation, as I think it's the kind of games that could work well on Steam

I like the music transitions &/ ambience, the attention to detail in the small animations like turning,

The reading chat & description, game itself is still a very early prototype, theres a lot of directions you can take this!

Hope you learned a lot during the jam & that the live feedback can be of help! :D
