Nice story and visuals, the dynamite/spikes thing was a neat mechanic (especially when i realised you could mine the spikes!). If you continue with it, could you add a way to speed up movement? And as a first project, this is amazing!

This was really cool, the stirytelling and the music at the end. the level was fun to play too tho, even if it was a mattr of patiance and walking i got thru it and felt good to collect all ^^

great storytelling! and the background music for this moment is great, reminds me of beethoven's moonlight sonata and i love it, for me the combat system needs some improvement, it felt quite hard to control with the arrows and attack with z, i coudn't survive on 3 slimes, maybe if you give a bigger knockback on hit it would work better.

For my next project I've already paid more attention to the size of the enemy hitbox, I also expanded the range of the player attack!

I really like this kind of graphics, as it reminds me of some of the older games for NES etc.
Also I like the fact that you have tents where you can rest because before i found them I could not survive more that 2-3 blobs.

Cool first game, I like the graphics, remind me of something you would play on NES and that's always welcome. I liked the attack system too, you have to time it in order to not get damage and then there's the stamina bar that prevents you from spamming attacks. Good work!
Thanks!!! I did reduce the time span between attacks now so it feels more dynamic, but I will keep the stamina system exactly to prevent spamming attacks.

For a first project ever this is really well made i gotta say :o
The controls feel quite precise and i like some of the details like the pipes being one way platforms, and the little text prompts like when you come across the spiked area without the dynamite.
If i had to nitpick i'll just point 2 small things out, the character movement is a bit slow and the large map size doesn't really help with that feeling, and the melee range seems a bit short and hard to estimate, as you can often get hit while hitting enemies.
Other than these, it's still solid regardless and that is especially impressive for a first game !
On a side note though, DAT pain scream when you get hit O_o

I thought it was a little bit too dramatic, but didn't had the time to record myself for the Sfx, next game I wanna make all the Sfx myself.
As a first project this is really EPIC. I liked the intro it reminded me of the classic Fallout, it looked so professional. Good job

Very good storytelling at the beginning.
On gameplay, the controls are very responsible and fluid and the objectives are intuitive (good level design work here). I need to say the hitboxes of enemies are too big, it's easy to take damage for the first play.
Anyway, well done! I really enjoy it.

Very cool for a first game. Kind of a mystical atmosphere. I always tried to kill all enemies, but failed after a couple. :D
