Really liked the idea of taking bets to fuel your "action points" in an rpg like game, very cool concept!

It was an interesting take on the theme, it adds a layer onto the rng that makes you feel like you have some level of control over what's coming. My only comment is that I couldn't figure out a way of skipping my turn so on my first run where I ran out of chips I just had to refresh the page to start over.

Cool game!

Hi thanks for playing. The skip turn button is a tiny arrow placed, the last in place from other buttons. To perform a  turn skip, you prress the button once and then click on yur character (there should be an arrow pointing at the current player's turn). You can do that anytime not just if you run out of chips. Hope this was helpful.

Very creative! I was extra lucky on my playthrough.

Great entry and the core game mechanic was great, I do share the same feeling as other people have point out, the combat starts feeling a little to slow after a couple rounds also would be great to have some sort of shop to get power-ups or different kind of weapons, I understand that fro a game jam of 48 you usually want to focus on only a key aspects of the game. Overall excellent work and if you do have some time please check off my game and rate it

Fun game for a while. I wish you could make the combat a bit faster.

Very nice concept. The art looks good and the game is very polished, hence the screenshake, etc.  I really loved the chip system: it wasnt unfair, even when you lost a bet. The things you could buy were great. The pistol especially was fun to use. It would have been cool when after 10 waves you would have to fight a boss or some other enemies. Nevertheless a great entry, good work!

Interesting idea. A bit repetitive but great for a 48h game.

There is only one type of ennemy, so it gets repetitive really quickly. But other than that, it's pretty alright.

Cool idea and easy to understand! Good job :)

Was really nice, but the colors were clashing a bit in my opinion and the SFX were a little bit too loud compared to the music. The enemy turn execution also felt somewhat slow.

Very fun game, with good design, good music, and good gameplay, I hope you will work in the future, I would buy this game if it was a full release

Pretty fun, I would have maybe liked more opportunities to use the dice so that the one roll wasn't so important to winning or losing. The art is great but the SFX could be a little quieter as they are a bit grating.

I really like how polished everything looks and the dopamine hit of gambling! My only comment is that I wish it is a bit less purely luck based in terms of the betting mechanic.

Really cool combat system, and well implementation of rolling the dice. Great Game!

I was a bit confused about how many chips I was supposed to get after a won or lost bet, but the combat is otherwise intuitive and satisfying!

This felt very nice to play! Neat way to use randomness.

It is a great concept and well polish game play! The time between turns and animation could be a little faster, but it didn't toke me away from the vibe.

Really, great job! =)
