Simple game, good music.

I do feel like having even a different kind of roll might have made things more interesting? For example can I roll two dice vs one, or change the dice size, or roll a six sided dice with different numbers on the faces?

As it stands it’s very much in the territory of a roll and move game such as snakes and ladders.

the music is really good in this one!

It’s very polished, but there’s simply no gameplay. Hitting space repeatedly and hoping for the best is not fun, there needs to be some sort of non-random decision making input from the player for this to have depth.

This is a nice game with some simple good art and fun mechanics, it would've been nice if there was more to the game like a catch, but i know we had 48 hrs and overall its a really solid game!

A nice core of a game! it'd be fun to see how more decision making could be incorporated. One way might be if there were several dice with different numbers on them you could choose.

Funnily enough this reminds me a little bit of a pretty unique level in Wario Land 4: https://strategywiki.org/wiki/Wario_Land_4/The_Big_Board

Nice game! The colour scheme and the simplistic design fits the overall atmosphere of the game, I wish there were more things the player can do other than hold the spacebar to roll a dice as it gets pretty repetitive after a while. Other than that, good job!

I would have liked more control over the dice roll. Otherwise I just press the spacebar and watch until I eventually run out of life. I also ran into a bug where I die but was still be able to keep moving. The level generation brings variety to the gameplay, which I really like. Good job on that.

i love the music and the sound effects :3

i was able to get to score 159  <3

you might wana reduce the sound effect volume a lil bit :o

Well made !

It feels like oldstyle board games, where you only roll the dice and nothing more. So, it's a bit boring. But can really drag into the process for some time to know what the "questions" also do, what the differences in another bioms

Hey! Very simple and creative idea. I liked how it mimics the feel of a board game. That being said, perhaps some more and frequent variation would help to keep the players interest. I also ran into an issue where I would reach the end of the board before the next section would generate leading to the dice essentially rolling on nothing and then the level would pop in randomly. Overall great job!

Yeah, I knew about that glitch early on but didn't have time to fix it because I had an absurdly low amount of time to create this game (5 hours)! I will probably figure out that glitch in a small update after the release with some more mystery events. Thank you for the feedback!

Simple and fun. It'd be more interesting if the player is given choices like paths or directions to move.

Nice and simple game to have fun , maybe having more controls for the user may increase the fun of the game.

I've heard a lot of people say something like this, and I totally understand! I decided to go for a more simple approach when making this game. Thank you for the feedback!

-I love that it's very simple.
-Would be more enjoyable if there were a few meaningful decisions to make.

Congratulations on finishing your game. Best of Luck. :)

You have no influence on the course of the game, which makes it more of a simulation. It is also very simple.

Interesting concept, feels like a table top game but rpg or something like that
Sadly I just got two types of events so the game was not as fun to play, plus is hard to predict where you will land since the only cue you get is the dice roll

Still, good job!

Nice Visuals and polish, but it's not realy that engaging since the outcome controls the entire game. Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh.

Developer(+1)

No, it's not harsh at all! The game isn't meant to be skill based and instead just be a small, fun dice game.

Cool and calming game, you just roll the die, the sound and juice makes it satifying, great job! And good music!

Really sweet and minimalistic game. There aren't many mechanics, but I don't mind that as it's really enjoyable in that it doesn't require too much thought and you get to enjoy some sweet and random outcomes with the dice, movement, question blocks and spikes. Rendering and colour palette complements it really well!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Glad you liked it!
