Overall a solid concept! Not sure if I was lucky, but I made it all the way to level 20 before I ended up getting hurt once. Very nice presentation. Great work!

Very cool game and also good graphics. I liked the catapult animation

I like the mobile game aesthetic going on. To add some strategy, I think it'd be nice if the cannon stops rotating when you throw the dice. Waiting for the dice to land for the rotation to stop made it hard to tell where I was going to be aiming when the cannon fired.

Good concept, could be better with more features

Perfect for Handygame -- very addicting and fun. The single problem, is that after a time it feels very monotone (idk more gameplay elements, more things like these multipliere-pads or more level variety (maybe more as just colors)). But it is normal for a 48-hour-game, so great job !

Submitted

You should keep developing that and try to release with more content to the mobile. Great job!!

I really like the concept. This is also one of the only portrait/phone games I’ve seen, so props for that! I feel like there could have been a bit more difficulty, though. Nice job!

Submitted

Didn't feel like there was any real strategy except for just spam shoot, but the concept could absolutely turn inte something fun! :D

That can be a really great game on phone in PVP ! :)

Developer

Thank you Thank you! ^_^

Yeah! Finally a little different concept on this Game Jam! I liked it, I had fun, it was cool! Great job!

Thanks a lot!

I like the idea and the presentation. Would've been great to be able to control the direction of the canon.

The core mechanics and concept were really impressive and the presentation was also great... Definitely one of the best submissions!

Definitely enjoyed the game! Was too easy though - I just spammed the launch key and easily cleared level after level. I could see adding another level of skill and strategy by adding environmental objects/effects that increase or decrease the momentum of the die and the shots only happen after the dice stops so the player must aim and plan shots more.

Submitted

Not too difficult, but still a lot of fun!

I thought I first I could control the aim and was wondering why it went in some weird way (well, it didn't take me too much time to figure it out don't worry xD).

I already saw the base idea of the dice theme, throw a dice and you shoot X bullets, but the twist you added with the target to aim, the turret ect really added that nice creativity touch, well done!

And the atmosphere/art is really nice too! Really liked playing it!

I'd suggest putting the number of levels in the description, I always wonder if I'm close to the end or not!

Submitted(+1)

Very casual but I really liked it! I think it would be more engaging if you had control over the aim somehow? Either way a very solid concept and really nicely executed

Developer

Thank you! The concept was inspired by Algodoo simulations on Youtube.

I enjoyed playing it :D Gameplay is easy to understand, and actually it's a pretty pretty good basis for a mobile hyper-casual game! (but seeing the resolution, I guess you already had the idea!)

What it lacks in this state is mostly juice: effects when you hit, when the tower is destroyed, something to really make the whole experience juiiicy!

Nonetheless, that was really fun and I loved it!!

Developer(+1)

Really glad that you think it fits as a mobile hyper-casual as we are planning to release the game on mobile market.

I agree that the game need more juicy stuffs. We couldn't add juicy effects  as the time is running out but happy with the result.

Thank you for your feedback!

Love the Art! Looks awesome and game play is awesome!

Thanks a lot

Good art style and presentation!
In my opinion, making the amount of bullets AND the direction of the gun random removes too much agency from the player. I found myself just throwing the dice and hoping for the best, which is not always enjoyable.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the suggestion! We have ideas and plans to develop the full functioning game with more variety of mechanics. Stay tuned!

Love the visuals and the idea, but the dice made the game maybe too random.

All the time I'm focusing on the dice and don't care about the canon.

Nevertheless, good job <3

Thanks for the feedback! I think things are happening too fast for players to catch up. Further balancing should fixed it.
