I found this surprisingly relaxing! It's the combination of all the colors, the music and the sound of clinking glass that just kind of put me in a trance to keep playing. I also appreciate both the color chart in the corner and the fact that the physics allow you to just wiggle dice around to see what happens when you're not sure of which color to put where. Really fun!
I didn’t expect that there would be physics involved, that’s a nice touch! Plus the color element is really creative. Had fun dropping and aligning shapes.
Really creative take with some charming presentation :)
Ooh, someone else who did a Tetris-inspired game!
The concept is neat but it sort of feels like the numbers/dice aspect is a bit tacked-on; I didn't really pay attention to them while playing. But the use of color is neat.
A weirdly relaxing game. Please keep the music and sfx as they are, they're great! Not sure why the blocks needed to be dice (except to fit the theme), but meh, I'm chill, life's good.
Very relaxing! The color system is interesting albeit a bit difficult to master. Pretty good for a first game!
The scoring system is very interesting, but I don't think this fits the theme enough, since you've basically just made Tetris, but you added physics (which Tetris 2 has already done.) That being said, the sounds effects are very nice and they make my brain happy.
This is not a game that is just Tetris with physics. It's about the colour combinations. The stones release their colour and white stones disappear. It's not about getting any rows full!!! Do you understand that?
I understand that: "The scoring system is very interesting" and I'm not saying this game is bad by any means, I tried to be as constructive as possible, and this is a great first project. I am not trying to start any arguments.
Okay this color mechanic was really clever! As some one who draws and thinks about color a lot, I had way too much fun with that. I think for a game is rather pleasant to play in a strange sort of Zen way. I found myself just really enjoying the experience, and not getting stressed like I usually do with this type of game. The music probably helped with that, but what I think it was also just me messing with the blocks and getting the nice colors and then hearing that really nice shattering sound. I think you did a great job, made even more impressive by how new you are to Unity.
Great work and thank you for sharing!
PS - my highs core was 240.
This has a really interesting concept
Not sure I understand what’s going on but piling up dice feels good for some reason. Great work!
Oddly satisfying.
Fun game, and very satisfying to break the blocks. I think this might work very well on mobile, since the controls are so simple. My only feedback is that the stretched dice look a little weird, but overall, nice work :)
This is a really unique game design! With more polish to the game, I think this can do very well as a phone game.
Would love if you can check out my game too. Thanks!
Very satisfying! Could be a great mobile game with a bit more work on the graphics. :)
Like most jam games it could use a tutorial, but after I read the description I understood and like the game. Good job!
It can improve a lot on visual apresentation, but the systems seem pretty fun to play! The interactions and the physics feel nice!
It could become a pretty solid game!
One of the most unique entries in this jam although I wish the theme was more clear in this one. You have such satisfying gameplay and visual feedback on this that I could see it becoming an addictive mobile game. You did a great job on this!
Nice to see another tetris-like game! I liked the color-combining idea. With a bit more polish, I think this could be quite fun!
The colour mechanic was cool. I feel like the game needed to utilise the dice theme a lot more, it seemed just kind of tacked on. The use of music and colour created a very chill mood. Nice work.
