Just in case I'm not allowed to swear: GOSH DANG this game is juicy. The animations, effects, recoil, trails, sounds, everything just feels so, so, so good! A bit hard to see the bullet type icons in the heat of the moment, but it's not like that stopped me from blasting snails for a solid half hour. Incredible job!

This game felt great to play--the feedback on shooting, the pause whenever you got hit, and the various particles and sounds really sold the action on screen! I love how the blanks give you a huge boost. One tiny itty-bitty nitpick is that I kept getting confused about which bullet type was next--I assumed it was left to right at first. But this was a super polished entry!

One of the most fun and dynamic jam games and the soundtrack is amazing)

Great job on the game feel, game is very satisfying to play, very well done on that!

This game was surprisingly awesome! I like the implementation of the game’s concept and the theme! I would have liked if the gunshot effect had a little bit more bass and reverb for the juicyness!

I don't get the timing for the dash slug(the red one).

the dimensions of the screen were off. it showed the complete screen on one comp but on the other, it cut out the score and health bar. (BUG)

just a few suggestions you can add later (if you want of course):

a heal slug which gives health on killing it, or a healing shot which heals us and does no damage to the enemy,

slugs that require specific ammo to die. they are immune to every other ammo except that one which can one-shot them

a pause button and a menu. :) how do I exit, I m stuck in the game forever? I can't leave (lol)

reload button to reload the gun

i might add a few more ideas if any pop in my mind

a great game though. i enjoyed playing it

The sound design is perfect

The art is crazy good, and the shooting is juicy as heck with particles flying everywhere and screen shake! One of my favorites for sure :P

We had a very similar idea, but implemented it in a completely different way. Nice to see other interpretations of the same idea.  I think the game has a lot of flow, but unfortunately this is lost due to the blank shot. All other shots feel very very powerful though. I had a lot of fun playing this game. Amazing work!

Blank shot was made for movement, its a dash

This is a 10/10 for me.

The animations and effects are so crisp and the explosions and bullets are very satisfying. The theme applies really well to the game and it's really fun to play! Thank you for this game. I would not hesitate to buy a released version with more content.

Fun game!

The presentation of this game is definitely the best part, there is a lot of juice, but it's not super overdone, apart from the screenshake, which could definitely be toned down a few notches. The art was nice and creative, and I liked the glowy bits, also, the gif of the shotgun spinning is very I'd also like to point out that the game was stuck at a singular resolution with no scaling at all, to me it was just an inconvenience, but to somebody with a 4k or even 8k display, this could make the game borderline unplayable. Last thing I'd like to point out, is that the title is clever and cute.
The gameplay is actually really solid, just taking the shooting mechanics and the movement controller and plopping them into basically any other scenario would work really nicely [especially if you had to use the blanks' knockback to cross gaps or something]. As stated in others' comments, the biggest drawback of this game's gameplay is definitely the lack of variety, especially on the map front, as it gets boring pretty quickly, I ended up just running into the enemies at around 30 or 40 kills because I was getting bored. I wish there was a way to reload manually once you were at one shot, as it was a bit annoying to waste time firing a blank just to have a chance at a better shell.

Generally, I really enjoyed this game, even if I did have to end it myself, I feel like you could really just grab the mechanics of this game, create a few levels and make some enemy placements instead of a spawner and it would be like twice as good as it is now. Thanks for making this, and good luck in the jam!

Should have put more effort into the map, a big flat square gets boring quite fast. Sound in general was nice, the shooting was quite nice, but just running from enemies and shooting at them seems to be the best strategy which could be easily solved by just having a couple of walls or boxes. nice

quite fun and juicy.  Would have been cool to have different sound effects for the different weapons, but otherwise very nice presentation.

Amazing juice and idea. My imagination is running with ideas on this game + deckbuilding/roguelike mechanics. Would love to see more lol. My only complaint at this point is that the red snail is kinda OP with his offscreen hits and at the beginning enemies take awhile to spawn. i played till 54 kills and then stopped.

I liked it. A very satisfying little shoot game. Juicy and reactive. Good game.
