An great interpolation of the theme and an fantastically unique concept for a puzzle game!

What an incredible game! Perfect fit with the theme and a great puzzler! Probably the paths should remain visible, not having them makes it far too challenging for just having played a few levels.

Great game! Love the hand drawn art and the puzzles were just right, superb work!

Very nice game. I love the fact that it had a fully animated intro and the puzzles were fun. Though, it did take me some time to grasp what counts as a collision.

Best game of the jam. Great concept, art look fantastic, puzzles are the perfect difficulty for me.  Great work.

Great game, I just love the idea. Being an anime fun triple the laughs. It was not clear at first that they must step on the same spot and just passing will be passing each other even when their lines are colliding. Other than that I think this is a great solid game. Thanks for creating this!

Wow! You took the cutscene by moving the 2 character paper and shooting a video? That's genius!

Love the gameplay! It's kind of challenging when no hint of their routes showed up, but still fun to play! Great work!

I loved everything so much! Full of elements from romance anime, and all that intro montage.. So good, you made me laugh a lot. This is so creative, the way you chose to handdraw everything and implement it the way you did. It looks gorgeous. I liked the puzzles, and all the polish. Great job!

Really liked the art style, did not enjoyed that much the game :)

This was really cool, some of the most unique art I've seen all jam. Did get a little confused by the "they have to run into each other at a corner" mechanic, which maybe could have helped with some extra tutorials, but this was a really solid jam entry.

This is a really cool idea, and the "cutscene" at the beginning was the best! :D
Great job!

Decided to check out the game after reading the DTF article -- and was not disappointed! Really dig the arts & crafts style, I'm amazed at the effort you've put into the art and (most definitely!) the intro scene.

I'm not sure I like how the guiding lines dissapear after the first 2 levels. You can still preview the paths the two characters will take by running the game, so this just adds an unnecessary step.

Overall, a great submission! Good job!

Thanks a lot!

About disappearing line - the puzzle encourages player to think a bit, predict paths in their head, find the suitable crossing, and then get serotonin from being correct :) With lines always visible player would be able to just spam STOPs in different places without even thinking, until the paths intersect, check quickly for their length, and press "Run". Not much of a puzzle this way, don't you think?

Although I consider adding a toggle in settings, for lines to be always visible, in post-jam version.

what a wonderful little puzzler! the intro was super endearing, of course. great job with that. this game has a wonderful intertwining of theme, art, music, and gameplay. they all harmonize with each other wonderfully, and the whole project feels really well thought out.

the arrows were nice for the first two levels! i don't see any harm in taking them away for future levels, but i will say that i (for the most part) just started the run to see where they'd go, rather than trying to figure it out in my head. not sure if there's a good way to curb that behavior, or if that's even something you're worried about.

this game is surprisingly intuitive, given that i've not played anything like it before. when the two didn't crash on a parallel line, my immediate reaction was "oh of course, they just ran past each other." it was fun to work out all the puzzles, and the romantic in me is thrilled to have sparked so many meetings :p great game! one of my favorites

Thank you thank you! It's a pleasure to reread your comment every 10-ish minutes, it brings a smile to my face :)

The art's amazing, the music is fun and the concept is super intersting too. Only when playing the second level did I realize it had to be on the corner and that's so cute! The game's a bit short and level 4 can easily be beaten with only one STOP. Still, a lovely game. Nice job!

Absolutely love the artstyle! Definitely a fun challenge, very well executed!
