I loved the writing and visuals. Really fun to play.
Clever core mechanic with a beautiful retro presentation. Might benefit from a bit more feedback on how traits affect each quest, and why specifically quests are failed. Regardless, loved the quest writing and the potential of the overall concept. Great job!
A common idea this jam but definitely one of the best of this kind, really well made
Simple game (I've seen many other in this jam), but this one is very well executed. With some more depth to the gameplay it could become a game I'll buy! Nice work!!!
I played a couple with that concept.
I like how you did it, with the drag and drop and feedback on the mission.
I would like a mecanic where you are not obligated to send them all to their doom.
Maybe you could have one mission at a time and you decide if you send someone on it or not.
Then you would have a returning timer (x day, week or years), maybe you could see a thumbnail of the heroes away, with health bar. and you could send help or maybe you could send multiple heroes to the same mission.
Your game has a lot of potential, it's nicely wrap, with all this text.
Good job!
Beautifully made game, great idea with even greater execution! The simple and easy to learn gameplay made this game very fun and repayable. The art and music is also exceptional, making this one of the most polished games I've seen this game, great job!
Wonderfully made rpg, love graphics and stories behind each quest.
Sometimes you had a bad luck and you had to sent bards and mages to strength missions
You made awesome game, I'd love to see some more of it
This is very well made and presented for a jam submission. Adding some RNG mitigation like allowing the player to choose which stats to level up or having the mission give points towards a specific stat might help with that. Interesting idea though, I enjoyed it!
Fun idea and nice graphics, would be worth fleshing out the backstory of the heroes a bit to enable some twists as to compatibility based on their personality and history.
Really enjoyed this one! The art was great and the gameplay really engaged me, still wasn't able to keep my heroes alive though lol. Really great work!
The game is very well made and the art is amazing! Good job!
Whew a lot to read! But this was interesting and fun to play! Kudos to the artist cause this looks amazing!
Only one survived, but they were my champion of all stats! Nice game. My only gripe is that I early on had mission pools that would sometimes heavily rely on one stat. When not everyone was suited for it.
Text-heavy game but surprisingly engaging! The randomization of the starting attributes was a little unfortunate in my first run (3 mages) but great job overall!
excellent art and polish.Enjoyed the game. Wish i could see all the missions before assigning. I wish i could see all the missions so i can make a more educated guess or maybe skip some missions so my characters wouldn't die. Great job for 48 hours.
Excellent art and great concept, wish I could have spent that hard-earned cash on something though!
I enjoyed this a lot. I like that we had to match descriptions to stats, whereas I've seen some like this that are just about matching numbers. Great job!
Very nice, I loved it. Everything was polished and it looks like a good fit for a charming game.
Simple, but very polished!
The visuals and sounds are great!
Well done!
