Nice game, the presentation with visuals and music and such are really good. I was relieved to see the kids were only knocked out, I thought a few died on my watch lmao
Yeah that was actually a discussion point we had during the jam "should we let the kids die?" Glad we decided against it :)
Awesome art and music as always! Nurseries are a really clever interpretation of the theme. At first I thought the lack of a fail state was weird, but it was hysterical to see all the children leave after that mess as if it were no big deal.
We asked ourselves if there should be a failstate but decided against it to make the whole thing less frustrating and let the player define their own failstates (like minium points etc)
That makes sense! I think it wound up working quite well

Fun, weird, original game! Very nice take on the theme where a schoolyard is essentially OUT OF CONTROL. Overall a fun idea and a great game! Good luck!

I leave for 10 seconds, the kids coordinated a fight club and 90% of them were crying... i love it.

Overall very well made. A complete experience from beginning to end, which goes to show what teamwork can do (it almost makes it a little harder on those who go alone =P)
Yes that's definitely true. Making games in a team is far easier (if you have a good team at least) than making them alone. Actually, I think I've always worked in teams for game jams. You should try it too if you can and haven't yet, it's a ton of fun!
