This is the best game I've sene so far. Fantastic style and flair, feindishly challenging. A++

How does your game fit the theme?
In the game, you control a plane that's about to crash, but the plane's controls are unknown until reading the manual. The scramble to learn how to pilot the plane before it crashes makes the player feel in an out of control situation.

The music is great, the art is great, and the gameplay was superb. I really felt out of control and just seeing my altitude meter go up and down really got me tensed up. Lot of fun. Only feedback would be is that the artstyle made it hard to distinguish water and sky. But that maybe made me feel more out of control in a way :)
I really enjoyed this game! It definitely felt very out of control, and I can only imagine how it feels to properly get a handle on the flight. I wasn't quite able to figure it out in the time I had with it, but I definitely plan to come back to it and see if I can get it! The manual was absolutely perfect, I loved the humor and it so perfectly created that feeling of "WHERE THE H*CK DOES IT TELL ME HOW TO FLY THIS THING?!!". The art was really cool, I have no idea how you do it, the only problem with the visuals was that the Unity splash screen was blurry for some reason, but that really doesn't matter.
This made me laugh out loud. I was genuinely giddy with excitement when I actually flew. The pixel art was a bit blurry on my (4K) screen and the text was very hard to read. Not sure if that's a screen size issue.
I loved it! It's quite challenging and takes some time to understand how it all works (even though it's just 2 sticks and whatever the third one is called), but when you finally complete it it feels great! Good job! :) Oh, and even when I won, my plane was still totally out of control! :D
LOL! My girl and I were laughing our asses off at me trying to make that game work. Pretty fun.
My only complaint would be that I couldn't tell what was water and what was sky for the first few dozen attempts, but we figured it out XD.
Excellent project! Unique, cohesive design and art, really enjoyed playing it!

I like the concept of reading them manual while your plane is about to crashing. Because the situation is so real that I failed a bout a dozen times. But when getting used to it, I found it very interesting to play.
Really great all around - I got a little confused at the start as the left control didn't look like up and down at first. I'd personally prefer the interactive elements to stand out in some way against the other buttons, and I guess that the manual closing was a joke in the end bahahahah
Either way, really great one, congrats!
It is way too hard to read the manual while driving. I understand that this is probably intended but it ended up annoying me and while the theme was out of control I don't think it's a good idea to annoy the player with small things like this other than that the game looks really good and has nice music
Super interesting, fun and frustrating game. Managed to do a 360 loop :D
A nice trick might be to slow down time while the player is reading the manual - even if they never notice, it'll make you feel like you're figuring things out as you go while removing some of the frustration.
Also, if the player knows enough information to keep the plane in the air right from the start, it'll be easier to create that frantic dynamic of flipping from the manual back to the controls. Maybe the manual can be teaching you a complicated landing sequence instead?
Anyway, great submission and beautiful presentation! Congrats!
Wow, this game was a blast (even if I'm terrible at it)! This is definitely the most out of control game I've played so far.
I saw this on reddit somewhere I think, game looks amazing :) Surprised I'm the first rater!
