2020: Urgh OdysseyAwesome sprite work! The graphics are a 5/5 from me dude! I especially like the way the guys with axes look. Really good job, the difficulty felt perfect imo once you understood the mechanics!

Lame-Boy 0.3 Floppy BugGreat game!
I feel like I cant appreciate the game fully since I haven't play death stranding, but it makes me want to try it.
I love the graphics, the dithering makes the pallet feel much more dynamic, and the "things" behind the mountains are awesome.
The gameplay makes me feel like im in a rhythm game! such a shame you couldn't come up with music that match the game(looks like a difficult task).
The only problem I had was that it was hard to remember which button was A and which was B lol

WhiplashNice little de-make of Death Stranding. You did a great job inspiring terror when the BTs approached and I had to punch in a random button combo. The art is nice and appropriately Game Boy-y. I really like the idea of almost turning it into a rhythm game. Well done.

Blue BayouThank you for your words! Yeah, admittedly the initial idea was combining Death Stranding with Desert Bus, and then it slowly turned into this. There were a lot more ideas that were tossed up, but we got stuck on how to make the game more interesting while keeping with the button input mechanic. If I were to ever build upon this, I think I'd want to make it almost like a Typing of the Dead game, but all in all, I was happy with what we were able to come up with in the time we had with our limited experience in doing something like this!
