Very solid defense style game, the environment fit well together with the simple but effective enemies and pickups and the music you picked! I liked the difficulty progression and the small improvements you could get with the collected currency. Great job!
This is interesting concept, and I think you can expand on this idea. good job.
I like the concept – the Tiny World theme is definitely well represented here. Nice and consistent graphics, and well-executed overall. Unfortunately, it starts to feel a bit repetitive after a while (I think everything could be sped up a bit – player and enemy movements alike). The upgrade idea is a nice touch. I managed to overheat the CPU, but didn’t lose the game.
Overall, congratulations on finishing your game!
Cool game! The graphics and music fit the game really well. I had fun rushing about, trying to stop the CPU from getting corrupted! Good job! :D
Really nice! Loved the visuals and sound, great work. Thanks for sharing it!
This was fun! I really liked the aesthetics and simple gameplay! Great work!
That was neat! I liked the simple gameplay and controls, great music, sound and aesthetics
excellent work!
Another CPU defending game, nice!! I ended up playing this one for a while! I like the upgrade system but I would have loved to see the upgrades have a greater effect. Nice music and sounds, and overall a great package. Great work!
Totally agree. Thank you for your feedback. I'm liking that there's a general theme in the comments that're letting me know I need to address balancing much earlier than I did here. Honestly all my systems got wrapped up pretty late so the balance of upgrades and wave size/time was thrown together hastily. Again thank you so much!
An interesting game. A don't have anything to add that hasn't already been said.
really liked the art direction and how you incorporated the chip circuits into the game design (I mean the glowing paths). top-down 3D is still underused and can look so cool (like how the columns in your game bring depth to the visuals for example)
I immediately felt the players movement was too slow but then I realized there are upgrades, which motivated me to keep playing. I think however the upgrades have too little effect. I think I bought the movement speed upgrade 6-8 times and still felt too slow to deal with the enemies. especially for a game jam it might be good to be generous with these things, right?
Ey, good submission! In terms of feedback: i'd love some game feel additions to make shooting feel nice, maybe a bit of easing in and out for movement, maybe ability to spend points you collect or just not having them, and a win condition would be nice. Other than that good game!
This is just an awesome game! I love this genre of games. I hope this game will be in the top 100 of the best. If it's not difficult for you, could you rate my game :)
I really liked this. I especially liked your visual and your implementation of the theme. This was great, congratulations!
Congrats on your submission! I really liked this. Something felt a little stiff with the controls. I would have liked a little warning that an incoming corruption was going at the CPU or like a minimap to know when to move to another side to prepare for the corruptions that require more than 1 shot. Also, a range limit on the bullets might have been good. A few times I killed enemies near the spawn because I missed one closer to me and the bullet flew across the motherboard. Great job!
