This is such a visual pleasing game. Love the aesthetics and the game play!

Developer

Thank you so much! That really means a lot to hear!

nice work. Feels super polished and really fits the tiny world theme with all the toys as obstacles. Controls were smooth and responsive, and I liked the lighting and shadow effects a lot. Music was catchy and made it fun to keep going. The death animation was a nice touch too. Would be good to see more upgrades or toys if you expand it further, but already feels solid for a jam game. Well done

Developer

Yes I definitely wanted to add upgrades but ran out of time unfortunately. Thank you so much for checking it out!!

I really liked this game. Well done!!! The cinematics and the concept are super cool! I had fun playing it. Definitely keep it up and publish it with more variation on levels and power ups.

Developer

Thank you very much, I really appreciate that!

Short Simple and well executed, love the shadow effect when going past light sources, perfect kind of game for a leaderboard, wish there was a volume slider though

Developer(+1)

Yeah, audio is currently not my strong suit hahaha. Thanks for checking it out! If it ever gets expanded on, audio settings will definitely be implemented.

nice game , art style and game feeling.

Have a look to my little game :).

Developer

Thank you very much! I definitely will check it out when I get the time today 👍

It's a fun game. If you collect coins and upgrade your robot to have special powers, such as running faster, making it smaller, or running straight and destroying obstacles, give it a try.

Developer

Yes, my original ideas exactly. I wanted to have a store with upgrades but didn't have the time to get it in there unfortunately. Thanks for checking it out!

Hey that was nice and polished, I felt sorry for the robot when I crashed at 77m!

Really nice use of children's toys as the obstacles, it kept me grounded in the tiny world you created.

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much!!
Man, I really wanted to get more toys implemented but... time haha. Thanks for checking it out!

the time limit is a blessing and a curse!

Good job! Simple and fun runner with good responsive controls. I really liked the lighting, you did a good job with that.

Developer

Thank you very much!!

Makes me wanna make a runner. Really appreciate the music and sound design, even the sound as you hover over the menu buttons! Quick question, did you animate the character with code or an animator in unity?

Developer(+1)

Hey thank you very much!!

I animated the player using the bone rigging approach inside of Unity. So I drew my character in Krita, eventually having each limb, or section of limb on it's own layer. Then made it a psb file and dropped it into Unity, attached bones and ... tried my best haha. 👍

Came out well, I’ll have try it. I ended up animating a collection of shapes (a bird) by making them children of each other and moving them around with script, nightmare :)

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I'm pretty new to it as well. I've always just done sprite sheet animation until a few months ago.  There's some decent YouTube tutorials if you search for something like "Unity 2D bone rigging animation", something along those lines

The controls are smooth and nice, it's a cool and interesting theme for the jam, and I agree too with the death animation is so funny

Developer

The controls were my main focus for the first 2 days haha, so I appreciate that! Thanks for checking it out!

I like the death animation hehe

Developer

It's probably more fun watching him die than playing the game 😅
