Good Boy! I enjoyed my time. I liked the view shift and actually caught me by surprise when it first happened. I had fun.
Nice, we went for similar ideas =)
What a cute little game! Kinda bummed out it ended so quickly tho.
It was kind of jarring to have the whole screen swipe left when entering a new room. A smoother transition would definitely help
Whooaa it's like I'm playing Fez: Canine Edition. Took me a moment to realise what was happening when I went around corners. I thought it was just a weird fancy transition of the world getting squished or something at first.
Love the immersive and realistic sound effects, and the art too! Excellent animation of the tail-wagging. The cat staying out of reach on the shelf was great, too. Very true to life, as was the thief killing my owner and making me homeless.
This game reminds me of the old joke: "My dog has no nose." "How does it smell?" "Terrible."
It took me about six weeks to figure out how to bark, but when I did, I was very happy. :')
I am a good boy.
Fez was exactly what I had in mind :D. I thought I would get massive shit for copying a popular indie game but apparently not many people know it.
Clear, simple and funny. Great game!
The only thing I didn't like is that you need to scare the cat :D
I was planning to have the cat throw the flower pots from the windows but I got distracted from bugs. Missed opportunity :/
I relate intensely to missed opportunities due to bugs!
Really well designed game, clean mechanics and controls.
Thanks!
Cute little game! I loved the interpretation and the 3D manipulation. It looked very aesthetically pleasing but I did have an issue where it would let me go past the bounds if I didnt continue moving in the same direction after the change of perspectives. Good job!
I'm glad you liked it. I will update it with fences in the future so give me a follow if you like ^^.
Good job! Charming little game:)
Thanks I like your profile picture. Άλφα, βήτα, γάμμα ;) You Greek?
Cute little game. Good job :D.
Thanks!
Very cute little experience with a good boi and very fancy transitions from one side of the house to the next!
I'm glad you liked it!!!
I like the idea behind. Sadly the dog is not fast enough for me, to stop the thief from entering the house. So I kept failing, which led me to quitting the game. I think when there would've been more time to catch the thief or the dog moving fast, it could be more fun. I also accidentally found out, that the house rotates, when coming to the edge. That isn't very clear at first.
But I really like the idea and with a bit more artwork, more time and more having more to do as a dog, this can be a real great game. Living the live of a dog. I like that!
Its a bug that happens I think with the screen's fps. I can go around a full circle before losing in my browser.
The idea was to surprise the player by thinking this is a 2D game when actually its a 3D that's why I didn't put any indicators
I do intend to add more content.
Try again if you like, it should be fixed.
Cool rotation but would have liked to see more elements added to the gameplay! :)
Thanks, I will add more in the future.
The level rotation is really cool and done super well. The dog was nice and I really like how game looks. However, I'd prefer it if movement was a bit faster but that could just be me :)
Hey thanks for checking me. Its not you, i am moving the dog through Unity's animator OnStateUpdate and while its great on Editor its f**** on webGL. I dont know why it does that as is a very simple rigidbody.Move. I wanted to try something different for a change :/
Simple but effective concept, only critisism is the frequency of the cat meows even when nowhere near the cat, since i went right first, that sound on repeat the entire game was a little annoying
Thanks for pointing that out, i failed some audio source setting
The scene transitions were super cool. In fact I fiddled with them so much on a replay that on my second playthrough I got the bad ending lol
Hahaha you got the full experience :D
I will be updating this if you are interested. The things I have planed... :)
Easy to play, good directions, nice communicating about the controls,... and to top it off, I am a good girl so loved this one! Good job on making this game!
I ma glad you liked it!! I have already thought on how to expand this ;)
Keep up the good work, I would totz play the next version!!
I enjoy the idea of how you had the dog move while in 2d in a 3d area. A simple fun game. The dog was cute as well :)
Thanks!
The dog is so cute! c:
The updating one will be even cuter ^^
I got a perfect run first try! Really liked the "Good Boy" at the end, it made me smile! Very cute and the scene transitions were nice!
I'm glad you liked it!
