Nice auto-battler game. I think the first match is a too slow. Maybe a speed up feature would be useful. The graphics are cute and the sounds fit the atmosphere. I hope you keep up the good work of this project. Good luck and well done.

Extremely well made idle game. It was fun to see all the different evolutions. My monster became weaker after reaching level 2, becoming an egg again, making it difficult to choose the best monsters. I figured the Air monster was the strongest, but after all of my air monsters reaching level2, I died. I think Wave 8 was my best score.

Good sounds, cute animations, and exciting battles.

Very fun game! Can really appreciate the amount of effort put into it :D  Made it to Arena 12! Unfortunately I think the level difficulties are a bit all over the place

lovely autobattler! I particularly love the sounds, got myself giggling with the monsters attacking.

the animations are smooth and the monsters have a lot of character. feels like paper mario battles meets angry birds meets pokemon somehow.

I love this game! I think it is really one of the more novel concepts I have tried at this jam. Initially I found it a bit difficult to figure out which creatures were stronger against each other, but the hints you have added helped a ton. 

You have managed to create a super coherent gameplay experience, where everything from interface, assets and audio plays together really seamlessly. I was especially impressed of the way you have been able to blend a 3D modelled platform with 2D animated sprites. That is something that very quickly can seem unnatural and strange but it works very well for you!

I thoroughly enjoyed playing your game, thank you for creating such a pleasant experience! :-)

I love the idea! Wish there was more difference in monster behavior, think it would add more tactical depth. The visuals are awesome, really well made! Good entry, would actually love an update to this where monsters are more different.

Wow, this is my favorite game of this jam so far! The concept of characters evolving over time (if alive) is really cool and the different characters add depth to the gameplay! I love strategy games, especially when they have a cute art style! Good job!

We iterated a lot regarding the topic of Time. Initially we wanted time to be the main resource of the game, but later switched to aging.

Love it! Played quite a few times messing around with builds. Some critique:

  1. The drag and drop / visibility for repositioning units was a bit tough. But worked well enough.
  2. I had a rough time gaining intuition for what the units were actually good at... But still had fun!

could try tab to rotate selected unit + only allow dragging the currently selected unit.
