****You can play it on your mobile****
It is my first game coded in Pico8 / Lua. I've been doing it on my free time for the last 2-3 months.

This is a really cool game. I love the special shots. Good job!

Cute! I think I'd prefer a control scheme where you didn't have the 5 predetermined "slots". That's a design choice and preference though.

This was really cool! I love the sound effects for volleying the tennis ball back and forth, and the sprite art makes great use of the small resolution. I enjoyed the power-ups a lot, they added a lot of excitement to the game, as well as some replay value since it takes a bit to learn the pattern of the various power-ups. Great work!

A simple tennis game where you do not need to hit the button to hit it.
However, some power-up effects were exquisite and exciting points.
Sometimes it's easy and sometimes it's not. That sparks my willingness to win next.
nice work!

I really like the look of this! The  title screen is some really good work, and all the little effects fun too, well done!

Really nice, crunchy animations and sound effects. I really felt every sprite in a way that I don't normally with jam games. Also, really interesting mechanic, having coins spawn, forcing the player to take risks. Adolph was an interesting choice of name for the protagonist though haha

Took me a while to get used to it, but once I did it was very fun.  Actually just having to choose a position is much better, and the powerups were a nice touch.  I would quite like a version where you maybe click to move, but that's just personal preference really

Very, very stylish -- love the pixel art. Power ups are fun, but don't seem to make a big difference in gameplay. Would be nice if there was some strategy in terms of positioning/aiming. E.g. player can rush the net, making their shots move faster, but is then vulnerable to a lob powerup,  But all in all quite beautiful and nicely done.

Also, I really need to check out Pico8, looks very cool.

Everything about this game is perfect! Reminds me of Baseball Simulator 1000, except it's tennis and on PICO-8.

Thanks! I bet I used the same 2.5d technique for the ball bounce.

Thank you! Pico8 is limited but gives you a nice aesthetic if you use it right (I'm just learning to use it)

Well done!
I like the graphic and that techno music is cool as well :)

Thanks for the comment! SFX in Pico8 is my weak point. It took me way too long to get this done, which I believe could be much better had I known how to do it properly.

Glad you enjoyed the music! Makes me think it was worth the effort!
