I finished this game about a month or two ago, and just finished adding some final touches. It took me about three weeks of total work, and all in all I think it's a pretty good exploration of combining narrative with precision platforming. Hope you enjoy!

This game was painful, but in a good way. The dialog and art gave it a lot of charm. It took two and a half hours, but I made it through without killing anyone! Whew

wow! Thanks so much for playing all the way through. Hope you enjoyed it!

I did! I recorded a video too, it's really long, and disorganized, and I started losing my mind halfway through, but maybe it could be useful to you. The only real complaint I had was that you couldn't rebind the controls (I wanted W, A, S, D + space). I eventually rigged up an autohotkey script to allow for this myself though (got it working about 40 minutes in). I appreciated that you could see all the levels upfront by sacrificing family members too!

I watched the video, I'm sorry to have put you through that.

Haha, don’t be. I really did enjoy it! Overcoming the challenge was really satisfying in the end

Wow, that's quite a dastardly setup! I love this concept, and it was executed brilliantly!

wow thanks so much!

Hi, nice "die and retry" game.

I really like the idea of the TV screen to tell the story.

Maybe a little difficult, fortunately there are 100 lives ^^

Developer

Thanks! Yeah, the difficulty is kinda necessary to the story,  but in retrospect, I could have made it SLIGHTLY easier

This is really cool, my favorite game that I've played so far! Very interesting concept and well executed on with a lot of polish!

Also cool to see good stuff being done with Clickteam Fusion!

Neat game! Balancing the player's platforming frustration with the choice of killing innocents is an interesting setup for sure. Well done.

Developer

thanks! Glad you liked it
