I really liked the game! The graphics were amazing (simple but effective), and the audio fitted very well. I had much fun. If you have some spare time, you can always check out my game as well ;))

In what way does your game fit the theme?
The character can use a skill to rewind back to his position from where he activated the skill.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes. For the code, only the player movement controller was gotten from a video of Brackey's showing 2d movements. As for audio, I got some samples from freesound.org as well as SFXR and tweaked a bit. For the song, I used beepbox.co to make it. Lastly, the sprites and animations are made from scratch using Aseprite. :D

Really nice game! The artwork and sound effects go really well with the concept. I like a lot the idea and the way you built the levels around it. I only wish there were more levels to play, maybe an update after the jam?
Overall great entry, I had so much fun with it. Good job and keep it up! Would really appreciate if you could also check out my game and leave a rating :)
Nicely done! I liked how the platforming can be difficult, making the game more interesting. The rewind mechanic is also the first time I've seen someone use it in this way! (I've played around 140 games so it's pretty original!)
I think a small coyote time would be really helpful since jumping off ledges can be hard. Also, some of the level design is a bit too simple. For example, I could just set the rewind at the door and grab the key within 3 seconds and I would be done. Maybe make it a bit more interesting by introducing different mechanics! Lastly, maybe some more levels since I really enjoyed it :D
Overall, you did a great job! If you ever decide to make a post-jam version, I would love to play it!
The game is very good. I liked the main character's controls and the great rewind mechanics. I will note the disadvantages: there are not many levels and there are no smooth transitions between them. If you want, please rate my game.
That was a great game! Really like how well it matched the theme of the jam! I would love to see this game become bigger, its a really great concept and if I were you I would continue working on this and make it into something bigger!
Also my game hasn't really gotten much support... I would appreciate if you could go check it out!
Nice sprites and good game. But ther should be more things in the map. Agfter some point it doesn't make you happy. But still it is a good game.
Man, your game if awesome. With a few more levels if a new mechanic or two this could beat most of the top rate games. My only criticism is some hard jumps in some stages, but I know the limitations of using tilesets. Overall, good job bro.
Pls, if you have some spare time, check my puzzle game. The main mechanic is time rewind of your bomb, but enemies react to your bomb is different ways. There are 12 levels and you can do they in any order you like. I'd appreciate any rating https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-4/rate/721302
I really had fun in this game.
5 levels perfectly enough for the jam I think.
Music sounds great.
The controls feels right.
Graphics are cute. I liked your animations.
A different take on the "rewind your player"-mechanic and I love it! The music gets a bit repetitive after a while and the game is a bit short, but for a jam game, that's completely understandable.
Good job!
The game looks and feels really good! Well done!
*maybe you would also like to play my submission*
I really like this game! It's easy to understand, has great audio, cute character and great level design! My only advice would be to include a tutorial in the game but especially since it's your first game jam, this is really good!
