Wow, this is so cool! great job 👍

Is there any way to have the mouse also affected by the shader? I found where it copies the mouse but the normal mouse is still displayed on top of it.

great job!

really neat concept and I love the art!

great job! very creative and I can tell you put lots of effort into the art!

this was really creative and fun!

I think you could have picked a better ky configuration but otherwise a solid entry

(also I really like the animations you did a great job)

Wow! loved this one! the art is really good and I love the concept! really good juice too!

good job! a lovely little game! maybe ?? tighten up the controls a bit and add some juice,,

otherwise a solid entry!

This, This is amazing… The audio, art, post-processing is all just stellar.

I really love how you remade the game and it is by far the best version of snake I have ever seen. I think my favorite part was the moving bits and having separate rooms with unlockables. It reminded me a lot of the original Zelda

10/10 all around! Exelent job!

(also how did you get the loading screen with the new unity logo? that is really cool!)

I think you have a great concept here and some lovely art and sound but as others have pointed out It is REALLY HARD it would be good to have it easy to start so the player can get a hang of the controls first. This also helps engagement because people are more likely to put it down if they can’t get very far within the first few minutes

other than that great job!

really lovely art and a great gameplay loop! (I love the laser chicken) the only critique I would have is to add more juice to the interactions to really make the game come to life

Love the idea! its really clever and has some great art The controls are a bit finicky so its really hard to get more than one chicken to the end due to them separating from the cluster at the start,,, but that is really my only critique

Yeah I think collider on some of them is a bit off but I didn’t have time to fix it XD

thank you for your feedback!

thanks for your feedback!

So apologies in advance for the many sure to be bugs XD I didn’t decide to join the jam until the night before the deadline so I only had 8 hours to work on it but I hope you enjoy it anyway!

I might finish it in the future if enough people like it

I had also hoped to submit this to another jam so I actually had 4 limitations I had to work with, hence the odd game concept

Great job! I love the art and music!

This is an amazing entry! I love the art so much and the whole concept is very unique and fun to play with Definitely do some more polishing and release this as a full game in the future!

Not bad! I really like the grappling hook

Add a restart button and some feedback/polish and this could be a great arcade game

Love this one! the art is great! the only thing is the controls could be a lot tighter they currently feel really floaty

You did a good job and it looks great altho it seems to just be a clone of APE OUT

Love the art and animation! it’s so pretty!

Really liked this game and the idea! very creative!

Great job! this was a blast to play!

WOW! this is a really great game! the juiciness is stellar and I love the art and aesthetic! The only thing I would change is either have the light around the player be a bit bigger or have the cubes you are shooting emit at least a bit of light so the tiny ones can’t sneak up on you so easily.

But otherwise, this could totally be a top 10 on the app store!

Love the idea but the controls made it very hard to enjoy

Absolutely LOVE the art!! very polished however the controls are pretty floaty and there is very little feedback on what is happening

Wow! a solid entry! feels polished and fun to play! (having larger bullets would be nice tho its a bit hard to aim)

having a replay button and not having to hold down the back to the menu button would be nice as that gets really annoying and interrupts the fast gameplay

but overall great job! I love the art!

Great job! the only critique I can give is maybe having a little better player feedback and some polish/juice to make it really feel good to play!

Thanks so much for the feedback! I hope to finish it when my new PC arrives

Thank you!! I appreciate the feedback!

Thank you, I had a lot more added but my PC was fried by a lightning strike and this is what I had uploaded as a test on the second day of the Jam XD

there is information about controls in the game’s description.

Thanks!

yeah, I think both in general could be increased. I like how you have to slow down when you shoot but I think that the speed of the player isn’t quite fast enough to dodge some things.

Though after some testing, you might find that you just need snappier controls now that I’m thinking about it a bit more. I really like bullet hell games where you feel in complete control of your movement because it allows you to have more close calls which feels great but when you do get hit it makes you feel like you could have lived if you had just been more precise.

if that makes it to easy you could always give the player less health to amp up the tension

WoW I really liked the game! love the art and idea but I felt the player movement was too slow. I think if you made it faster it would help make dieing feel like your own fault as opposed to something that had to do with the game. but overall great job!

Loved this! really cool concept and great art! All this needs is some juice and a tutorial and it could be a full-blown game ready for release

Really liked the concept the only thing is it would have been nice to have a bit better feedback about how long the rounds are

The wall jump is way too hard to execute and it needs some juice but the concept is cool

LOVE the art feels so polished!

Thanks! and thanks for the feedback!

Thanks so much! I’m glad you liked it! :)
