Good game! Really enjoyed the visuals!
Love that music!
Nice graphics and catchy tunes. The right balance between complexity and simplicity, and an honourable mention for all those shiny particle effects.
Thanks a lot!
This game is very good indeed! I really liked the music, it was very catchy, and the visuals are great. I just wish the controls were a little smoother and that there were checkpoints
I'm planning to make it a bigger game by making more levels and stuff,so there will be checkpoints some day ;)
nice parallax scrolling. i love that shit.
Great use of the theme and I appreciate the juicy particle effects. Dani would be proud of you lol. I have some feed back / comments for you:
1) It might be my monitor but the background jitter is significant compared to the player movement. It looks like the background is moving at some pixel per half frame and then it would catch up. It can be a bit jarring when I was trying to appreciate the background!
2) For the music, it felt like a touch of mission impossible and I dig it! It does get a bit repetitive in the sense with the strings are playing the same thing throughout the song. Maybe adding in the drum part a little sooner to spice things up a bit.
3) The pixel art vibe is great!! Love the minimal feel. Those overhead power lines though, add such character to the game!!
Amazing job man!!
Thank you very much.I'm thinking about updating this game and I'll consider these things when I do.I think there is issue with the background because I used C++ script for it and everything else was made with bolt visual scripting but I'm not sure.
It's actually my first game I ever made and I really appreciate your suggestions to make it better!
great job!
Hey, great game!
How did you make the music? I would really like to learn to compose somethig like that, but I have no idea about where tu start.
First I made notes in Notesflight, then I exported it as MIDI and put it in some site I'm not really sure which one and just changed the instruments to sound better.I recommend putting some random notes to make the main melody and then add some drums and it will sound good pretty quick.
Super clean art style, I love it. Great use of the theme and the limitation, too. Good one!
Thanks!
Good.
Your game looks amazing, and the gameplay works really well. Good job!
Thanks <3
That's a nice looking game :-) I see from the comments that you slowed it down. That's a good thing (from my point of view), because I got chance to have a look at the graphics and enjoy the flight instead of frantically pressing keys all the time :-)
Nice one.
Thanks. Finally someone who gets it
It feels sooo good and smooth, it was like dancing on the screen but a bit slow for my tastes, I think that kind of game needs more madness, and the start screen was confusing I died three times before realizing I was moving a bird
Believe me it was a lot harder but I got a lot of complaints about it so I made it easier so everyone can play it
Nice game!
The art is really nice. And I love the music and sound effects. It all comes together nicely.
And I like how you mixed the intro with the gameplay.
The meteors disappear before touching the ground. I don't know if that's intentional but it felt kinda weird.
Overall, I like it!
It shouldn't be happening,I think you're the only what that's happen to,maybe it's something different with your browser.
I think the gameplay is a bit slow
I don't know how, because some people even complained it was to fast for them
I think it's really cool how you used the jam artwork for this.
Catchy music.
Regarding your concern about sound effects getting repetitive, one neat trick is to randomize the pitch between a min (say, 0.8) and a max (say, 0.9).
actually haven't thought about that, definitely trying that next time, thanks!
Nice Job! I like the art, and the concept for the intro is really nice to see! I do wish there was more of a warning you need to move immediately though.
Yeah I guess you have to learn it the hard way lol
really good graphics, gameplay is smooth, I do wish there were more sound effects but that's really all I wish for this game, good job
Yeah I thouht about that but I didn't want to risk making game with annoying repetitive sounds
Glad you like it btw
thx
Relaxing game, good job :)
Thanks :)
The ga,e is great. Great artwork.
