gooooooooooooood
I loved it ! That's like a minigolf game but with a ton of inertia on the ball. However I think it need a little extra polish . Nice job though.
It’s really fun and I love the sound of the ball. Maybe the limitation idea is not very good but it’s addictive.
So cute sound when the egg find its way home. Simple yet super fun!
Lovely art, animations, transitions, sound, effects, music, etc. A game that appears deceptively easy but has some real head scratchers. I thought including the previous chosen direction was an excellent idea. Such a good job on this one!
One of the games i love the most on the jam and the music and sounds are really satisfying
I think your game is the one I enjoyed the most so far from this jam! Showing you last attempt is so smart, it's a really good way to prevent the player from trying the same shot many times without realizing. The music is really nice and fit perfectly, and the sounds are really satisfying. The only part that's a bit underwhelming when compared to the rest is the art, but the penguin is cute and it didn't keep me from enjoying this great entry!
Aw man a dev that deals with subtle features is a good one for sure.
The indicator of where you last shot and the animation on the ball as it collides were incredibly satisfying to see.
Even the colour scheme was dandy. You've earned yourself 5* all round from me!
omg thank you so much!!!!
I'm so happy you liked it that much :)
This is very impressive for a first game. I am curious as to how you designed some of the most complex puzzles--were you using raycasting? Math? Trial and error?
The music was pleasant and didn't outwear its welcome. I also appreciated the streak that stayed behind, showing the player the direction and force of the previous pull so adjustments can be made.
Lastly--do penguins really make that whistling sound? I really like it.
I'm so glad you liked it!
The puzzles where mostly trial and error. I just kinda judged it by eye.
And I have no idea what sounds penguins make,
but my little brother will be happy to know his squeal was convincing!
Amazing game! Great level design, and great concept! I love the music, and the fact that the last trail you used is shown! Great job dude!
