I think the gameplay is a bit slow
I don't know how, because some people even complained it was to fast for them
I think it's really cool how you used the jam artwork for this.
Catchy music.
Regarding your concern about sound effects getting repetitive, one neat trick is to randomize the pitch between a min (say, 0.8) and a max (say, 0.9).
actually haven't thought about that, definitely trying that next time, thanks!
Nice Job! I like the art, and the concept for the intro is really nice to see! I do wish there was more of a warning you need to move immediately though.
Yeah I guess you have to learn it the hard way lol
really good graphics, gameplay is smooth, I do wish there were more sound effects but that's really all I wish for this game, good job
Yeah I thouht about that but I didn't want to risk making game with annoying repetitive sounds
Glad you like it btw
thx
Relaxing game, good job :)
Thanks :)
The ga,e is great. Great artwork.
Good game! Just one think, the camera movement could been smother.
Love the subtle constant screenshake lol. Great art and presentation , made everything very readable. The bounds could have been more clearly defined, but they actually saved me quite a few times. Nice little endless runner with a good and gradual rise in difficulty
My high score so far is 790
yeah i did it on purpose so you can save yourself sometimes to make game less frustrating lol
I enjoyed that little game, I liked the simple pixel art style using that gorgeous banner from the mini jam :3
The gameplay is simple but effective.
I appreciate the way you put the titles in the intro.
What frustrated me was the boundaries because they weren't so clear at a first glance. Like touching the right screen for example. For an quick improvment, I would change the player bird color to distinct you from the "bad stuff".
And I'll end with a big Congratulations! :)
I'm glad you liked it,I made the bullets the same color as the bird because it looked better then other colors I tried
Really enjoyed playing it,it looks very good.
Game is beautiful and the music and gameplay are exellent
The game is very good, I loved it but the player in my opinion a bit faster
Wow, we have the same ideas but a different game :)
Wow,so similar lol
This is the apocalypse - a lot of meteorites!
Music was really good - started playing it like a rhythm game - good work!
Game js amazing! The artwork and the music are really good and everything is running smoothly! It gets pretty challenging which I actually like
i don't even need a reward to beat this game, just the music is enough
Really enjoyable! Learning the game was fast and it felt good to immedately get into some intense gameplay. I did feel that the beginning of the game starts nearly empty, only to quickly intensify, so I think making that transistion start earlier, maybe around 80 or 100 points, would be great. Making slightly more downtime after a death would also help give me time to reset myself and prepare to go again, or for new players, help them understand what's going on and the fact that they died.
Great work!
The sudden transition was intentional, downtime after death is so small because It goes with the "can't stop moving" limitation more
Great game overall. Art style is very clean and it plays nicely. Good job.
Glad you liked it!
Thought the opening credits for the jam was cool! Solid graphics and music choice! I was pressing keys to the beat. Hit an object when I didnt think I was though so maybe the hitbox stretches out farther than expected? either way good stuff
I'm glad you liked it,can u specify how do exactly do you hit that object so I can try to fix it :)
Yeah I was flying in the middle and I was hit by something flying toward me but I was sure that I was below the object. possibly barely tapped the corner or something
Nice, that art remind me something... also I've managed to get a 1800+ score by staying on the bottom right of the screen. When the game is on fullscreen the floor seem to disappear, no bullets or meteors seem to touching you here.
thanks for noticing,i'm definitely gonna fix that!
