I like the visual side of the game, and the sounds are nice as well!
Angel was cute, it was surprising once I realized he was changing into a devil.

Very literal interpretation of the theme. I like how you turned the adding forces of double jump into a mechanic, very cool!

Cute little game, nice work! The onboarding is good, and I like the twist with the double jump. I just wish this idea could be developed further.

This was really cute, I loved the little sprite for the angel subtly changing across the course of the game. It put me in mind of 'I want to be the guy' and other difficult games like that. A bit frustrating for me, but I got there in the end. The idea of jumping higher the earlier you double jump was really interesting but really hard to get my head around. I'm a bit curious what it would be like if I had more time to get used to it.

Absolutely reflect the theme.

The game would be better if there was a gliding mechanic.

Also angel can faster for gameplay speed.

I liked this take on the theme. The visual and the music were nice for my taste. I enjoyed to play it. There were some times when the checkpoints didn't seem to update and the angel kept moving me to the previous zone. I think it would be nice to have some kind of clues about what direction to take, since a lot of times I had to just jump blindly to the void hoping (succesfully) for a platform to be there. But anyway, it  is a fun game and I liked it a lot.

Developer

Thank you! I did not know hoe to make the player die to show the angel corruption, so i decided to create some "leap of faith" type thing and for the checkpoint i only made it save on jump.

I liked the idea of angel turning into demon and the game was challenging level designs :)

Good job

Developer

Thank you!

I like the idea, and there's some nice concepts, but the physics were quite frustrating from time to time. I also think the angel moved way too slow. Good for the time constraint though! I also like your interpretation of the theme.

It's a fun game. I like how the angel turned to a demon after you hav fallen off or touched a spike a few times 👍

Oh, I loved it. The music, the colors! Thank you!

Really liked this! It has a very interesting story and the levels design was done pretty well

Developer

Thank you!

I quite like this game! I will say though, I think the double jump may need some tweaking, either a way to tell when you have the super jump or just taking away its cooldown altogether would be good. Other than that, it was lovely!

Developer

Thank you for your feedback, i will take into consideration what u said for the proper game!

Ok, except some parts being a bit annoying...
I love it, I really liked the idea, art style is cute, degradation looks cool, texts are nice, music is a bit eerie, I think something more smooth at the beginning would be nice.

Overall a solid one, I really like it

Developer(+1)

Ty ty, for the annoying parts, i did not know how to make the player die in order to show the angel corruption in any other way than that and for the music, it was my first time doing some "angelic" music so i did not know exactly how to do it, but i will try to update the game after the jam.

Still great for trying and tbh, overall gj

I could not get past the double jump to the higher area, I kept getting stuck and bonking just a tile short.

I really like this take on the theme.

Developer

If you mean after that dropdown, you have a ledge on the left after the second cloud.

Very cool level design, quite interesting to pass these platforms. And the traps are pretty well set. I also love how you literally interpreted the theme!

Developer(+1)

Ty ty, any idea how can i improve the game? Like new mechanics or sum?

Submitted

The only thing I didn't like was waiting every time for the angel to carry me to the platform. This is really make me lost the dynamic!

Developer

I should have made the angel speed up and slow down closer, but i forgot :(

Submitted

Oh! This will help a lot! A great solution if you are going to make the full version

Developer

I will work on a full version of this game, i want to refine it and make a full story!

Submitted

I'm glad to hear it! I've signed up for you to keep up with the latest updates!

I like the gameplay and idea but the angel tries to get me back to the previous platform which creates a kind of stresful experience. Good job by the way.

Developer(+1)

The angel tries to get you to the last solid platform you jumped from, i should have thought to another save point mechanic, but ty!

Got to the end! Really liked the take on the theme and the gradual corruption of the angel you see, it was interesting. Would be cool to see a longer version of this concept

Developer(+1)

I will work on the game and try to make it a full fledged game, with a proper story and a good ending!

This is really fun, I like the double-jumping and large distances, feels like flying. I couldn't get past the spot where there are spikes at the top and the bottom, too difficult for me.

Developer

It really does feel like flying, and for that spot, you can just jump on the top of the platform, that was the intended route :)
