How does the game fit the theme?
You play as a war robot with one main function: to shoot and destroy.
However, something goes wrong, and your mission suddenly changes to saving cats.
You must avoid shooting them at all costs!
This game is an anti-shooter. Instead of pressing a button to shoot, you are trying to do the opposite.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All 2D graphics and audio are from external sources.
How many people worked on the game?2

I believe SFX would really enhanced it. The enemies reminded me the creatures in first phase in Spore 😀
Fun game. Just missing some sound effects.
Nice graphics. Missing sounds of shooting and death of eye-sticks. Well done!
Fun game! I did notice that I can push some of the enemies but not the others. Still, fun game!
Cool game! Very fun and the art style is cute. It's missing a lot of sound effects - for shooting, and hurting some of the creatures, for holding the fire, etc. Keep it up!
Hello! My first tip would be to add more screenshots for the page. I opened the game and I was impressed by the graphics. Mechanics worked good, but I would like to have a faster cannon, but that's just from my experience. Also you had few funny sounds. I recommend to add few more, maybe for the cannon too. Overall great game with potential!
Thank you. I totally forgot the screenshots.
The all graphics are external assets, it's not made by us during the jam :)
I think the main slowness is a part of an experience. We don't want to be a killing machine, we want the opposite feeling. That's why it's kinda slow and its firing also slow.
I played it again and I realized that I can kill cats too. Amazing feature. :D
That was a really fun game! I had a great time trying to collect as many cats as I could! The animations on the enemies were also cool and I liked the mechanic of holding your fire for the cats!
Neat game. Managed to rescue 21 cats in a single run!
I liked that you get upgrades every 5 levels, and that there are tradeoffs for accepting upgrades. Level felt big and had quite a lot of variety for a game jam game.
For improvements, the movement felt a bit sluggish. Maybe let the player move a bit faster and reduce the size of the players collider a bit so they get stuck on walls less.
Well done for submitting the game!
good game!
I like saving the cats. Is there an extra reward for catching the moving cats?
Nope, but you get an upgrade for every five cats.
The art is very good, the game is well polished for a Jam. Good Job!
Nice)
Was fun to play, but would be great to have shooting sfx)
cool game i like it.
keep it up :D
A really cool game! I destroy some of the cats in process but still gone pretty far :3 Nice one!
Cool game! Visuals and audio are good and the level design works well. Good variation of enemies. I also like how smooth the controls are and that you move pretty fast.
I had a blast trying to save as many cats as I possibly could :D
Thank you!
Love the premise of a war robot that has to do the opposite of its purpose, very fun!
Thanks
nice game!
Fun story and fun to play! Cool visuals and music.
This was fun! Reversing the shoot mechanic is an interesting take.
I love the idea of saving cats in the midst of what looks like an alien invasion :D makes total sense
Good fun! I think maybe if you continue to develop the game it could be a good idea to have options of different upgrades, which would increase replyability, but other than that I enjoyed the game a solid amount!
Not sure that it's going to be fun more then 5 minutes :
Actually, the upgrades were the last thing that I did before the deadline. So, they're very simple.
